Dit prachtig ingerichte appartement bevindt zich op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan zodat u in de zon kunt liggen, zonsondergangwandelingen kunt maken, schelpen kunt oppakken, zandkastelen kunt bouwen met de kinderen of in het tuinhuisje kunt zitten en uw ochtendkoffie kunt nemen terwijl u naar de dolfijnen dartelt en spelen. Ontspan in de volledig uitgeruste unit met een queensize bed en een bank die tot een eenpersoonsbed kan worden gemaakt door de rugkussens te verwijderen. Unit heeft een oven, koelkast, magnetron, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, crock pot, servies, glaswerk en merk kookgerei voor de chef. Geniet van onze uitstekende restaurants op en neer aan de Crystal Coast. Boven alles ..... kom veel plezier en ONTSPAN!

LET OP: deze faciliteit is aan de oceaanzijde, maar u heeft geen uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit dit apparaat. De afbeeldingen laten zien waar de faciliteit zich bevindt en wat wordt aangeboden. Je hoeft echter maar een paar korte stappen te lopen om je voeten in de oceaan te zetten :)

Perfect Vacation

We had a great time! Unit was clean, well furnished and we had everything we needed. Condo is located in a great location, close enough to everything yet area is not congested. We loved it so much, we have already booked next years trip.

This was such a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. It was within steps to the beach, with a nice walkway and covered gazebo/deck. I hope to stay here again!

Nice welcoming area!!

Enjoyed our stay. Great area with access to a pool,too. Place was very small and would only recommend for 1 or 2 people. The most important thing to us though, was it was very clean!

Great little unit! Highly recommend!

Unit was clean and just steps from the beach! A little small for more than 2 people, but had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! Will definitely recommend!

Great experience!

Great unit, very cute, clean, freshly painted, adorable decorations. Nice property, we'll taken care of, beach nice, good location to things. Owner extremely responsive from start to finish. Would highly recommended to anyone!

Great room

Other than the bed being difficult to get in and out of and the keurig coffee maker be broken... I have nothing bad to say about the place. The room worked great for me and my girlfriend for the week.

Right on the beach

My family had a wonderful week here! Sheila was super helpful when we had an issue with the tv. She was very personable and professional! The property is located by many things to do, like the aquarium and Fort Macon State Park. Both are located within just a few miles of the property. The room was clean and true to the photos. It was quiet at night and the locals were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Another Fantastic Oceans Sands Stay

This was our 2nd year staying at Ocean Sands and it did not disappoint! The This Is It unit was fantastic and there was no musty odor as soon as you opened door like our unit last year. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen supplies for all our cooking needs and the Keurig was a definite plus. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a separate TV for the bedroom area. It is literally 60 seconds from the building until your toes are in the sand. Can't wait for next year's beach vacay.

Excellent location!

This was a cute little condo. It is in an excellent location and we loved the area! Perfect size for our family of 3. The owner was very responsive to communication and resolving issues. When we arrived the bathroom wasn’t very clean (hair, dried soap and dirt in shower, sink and toilet) and areas of the kitchen didn’t look like they had been wiped down. The owner did have a family member come right away to clean it. It still wasn’t as clean as I would prefer. So I did clean the bathroom and kitchen again. It wasn’t what I wanted to do after a 6 hour drive, but I felt I needed to do it since I knew our toddler would be touching everything. Luckily it’s not a super large area to clean. I did get it cleaner than what we found it. I do realize that the owner pays someone to clean, and that person obviously wasn’t doing their job. Hopefully the owner will find a more reliable cleaning service. Other than this, it is a great location and place to stay for a quick beach trip for a small family. Cleanliness is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Great location, cute and cozy!

The location is just great - just up from the beach and not far from the store! The unit was quiet and clean. The exterior of the facility is really well maintained! Perfect spot for an affordable couple's getaway to the beach. Several reasons why we cannot give a better overall rating. Above all other reasons, the bed has got to be replaced. One side of the bed (the left if you're looking at it) has a sink hole from wear and it's impossible not to roll into it. It was miserable - and we are not heavy people. The mattress is also wrapped in a plastic cover which is hot. The a/c unit is adequate at keeping the unit cooled, but it is fiercely loud! We literally had to turn the volume of the tv up all the way when it switched on so we could hear what we were watching, then turn it down again. There is only a single cup Keurig machine, otherwise the kitchenette is pretty well stocked. Linens were extremely worn. Communication with the manager was excellent. the unit was bright and clean. It just needs some maintenance and attention to detail to make it a much more comfortable place to stay.

Perfect for wedding anniversary

The property and condo was very clean. The short walk to the beach and the view and ocean sounds from the upstairs balcony were very relaxing.

Good stay but some things could be up graded..

Everything was really good. We were a little disappointed because the way the pictures looked we were supposed to have a ocean view out of our room. There was only 1 trash bag and there should have been more towels available for three people. I would have suggested curtain over the window to help block out the light. It was a truly nice, clean, cozy place. Beautiful beach and easy access to the beach.
