GUEST ACCESS:
• You will have access this entire single family home. The garage fits 3 standard sized vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 extra large cars or trucks.

• You will have access to the private backyard that is fully fenced.

• The office room is on the 1st floor and can be converted to a bedroom if needed - please let us know.

• There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower on the 1st floor.

• The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
» This is a newly constructed (2023) single family house in an A-class area. This luxury home is perfect for those who need an executive-level space with high-end finishes and amenities.

» Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please review house rules at the bottom of the page.
