The Crossings at Watersound is the luxury of lifestyle along the beautiful scenic beaches of 30-A.

Watersound is often featured in the pages of Coastal Living, but our personal condo was featured in the 2007 July/August edition in an article entitled 'Kross Country' that displayed the many upgrades done to the condo. Only a handful of units in the Crossings at Watersound are considered townhomes and come with a garage, and this is one of them!

The beautiful king master bedroom is located on the ground floor. Luxury is what describes this master bathroom with two walk in closets, jetted garden tub and separate shower. Take a nap or read your favorite book while relaxing to the waves on your private covered patio with two outdoor swivel rocker chairs and a sofa off the master bedroom which leads to the boardwalks through the dunes and to the beach.

Also downstairs is CUSTOM CRAFTED BUNK ROOM for the kids. The office area offers privacy and plenty of working space IF you have to do a LITTLE work (remember you're on vacations so RELAX!!!!! Just bring your laptop (yes,we have wi-fi) and make yourself at home!

Upstairs features two bedrooms: one with another king bed, and the third bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, as well as a TV and DVD player.

The living area is very spacious and relaxing with a calming appeal and features a 42" Smart TV, DVD and stereo. The living room furnishing are all new as of 2016 and came from Lovelace Interiors, so you are getting TOP QUALITY, HIGH END furnishings in this condo.

The kitchen has all the comforts for a gourmet cook and the only challenge you will encounter is deciding whether to cook in or where to eat out!! Custom Painted cabinets in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The oven is a commercial grade Viking Gas Stove that will make you feel like a gourmet chef even if you're just cooking Kraft Macaroni and Cheese! The dining room table has seating for eight, but the best feature of this condo is the spacious balcony and porch with comfortable chairs overlooking the dunes and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico!! A portion of the porch is shaded with comfortable seating for four, while the other portion is for the sun worshipper.

Just a short stroll away is the large private pool for the guests of the Crossings at Watersound. This pool is but one of three distinctive and easily accessible pools in the community and is surrounded by a lovely grassy area and large outdoor fireplace with the waves crashing behind you!! There are also two commercial gas-grills at the pool for your convenience.

Watersound has more than one mile of private, wide, white, sandy beaches to enjoy. If you want to explore beyond Watersound, you can ride your bike, walk, or drive a few miles to Seaside, Seagrove, or Rosemary. The 30-A bike trail will take you from Santa Rosa Beach to Inlet Beach, and you can stop along the way to look at all the neat little shops at Gulf Place, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. This area has some of the best restaurants and also some of the most unique shopping available along the Emerald Coast.

For the golfers in your group there are numerous golf courses in the area including: Santa Rosa Country Club, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay, and Indian Bayou, just to name a few.

Watersound is located about 20 minutes west of Pier Park - the outdoor shopping and dining experience in Panama City Beach. Over 120 stores to choose from (including flagship stores Target and Dillard's) and fun dining experiences such as Margaritaville and the Back Porch for your family to enjoy. Other shops include: Bed Beth and Beyond, World Market, Kirklands, The Buckle, Forever 21, Old Navy, JCPenny, American Eagle, Aeropostale, and many beach boutique shops. For the night lovers, stop by Tootsies and listen to the country music bands. There's also an amusement park with a 4 story slide and several rides for the kids. Best of all is one of the LARGEST DAVE AND BUSTERS in the country is located right at PIER PARK!!!! After a day of shopping and dining you can walk across the street and take a stroll on the pier. Pier Park is also home to the Grand 16 Theater so your family can relax and catch a movie at the beach!

If you choose to stay closer to 30-A, the newest "hub" is located right outside the gates of Watersound and is called "THE HUB". There's a general store where you can grab all sorts of goodies from Sunscreen to that "must have" Yeti Cooler. For those hunger pains, you can decide between CRAVE ROADSIDE BURGERS, MILE MARKER FIFTEEN (Serves Tacos and Tequila :-), MR. FREEZE, and RED'S CHICKEN SHACK. They also have live bands that play there as well and you just never know who might appear on stage with the band!!! Luke Bryan and Zach Brown Band are frequent visitors to THE HUB! Outside the MAIN ENTRANCE of Watersound, there's the world Famous BRUNO'S pizza!!!

We purchased this condo in 2013 and have loved it from the moment we bought it. There's something so special about Watersound, the fact that all the entrances are gated and private and away from the hustle and bustle of 30-A is what made us decide Watersound was the place for us. Yet, we are still so close to EVERYTHING!
