Cincinnati Race St OTR Apartamento de lujo con garaje (2of3)

Este es un nuevo (2017) lujoso apartamento de 1.600 pies2 ubicado en el centro de OTR. El edificio es único: un espacio contemporáneo diseñado y este apartamento está equipado con el más alto estándar, con techos de 10 ', 2 master suites, cada una con tocadores dobles, entrada privada, terraza sobre patio privado y 1 plaza de garaje. Tiene un apartamento asociado en el edificio construido con el mismo estándar. Estos espacios tienen que ver con la apertura y la luz en un entorno contemporáneo dentro de OTR (tenga en cuenta que pueden no ser apropiados si prefiere dormir en un espacio más oscuro hasta más tarde en la mañana :-)). Nuestro edificio abarca dos lotes pero deja espacio a cada lado para crear una sensación de amplitud y amplitud con mucha luz.

La ubicación está justo en el centro de OTR y se encuentra justo en la línea de tranvía de Cincinnati Bell Connector. Estamos a poco más de una manzana de Washington Park, que tiene de todo, desde el hogar de la orquesta sinfónica y la ópera, el nuevo Shakespeare Theatre a un espacio verde relajante, hasta yoga gratuito en el parque dos veces por semana. Unit was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Lots do do in the area including Hidden Brewery Cavern Tour, Findlay Market, Rhinegeist rooftop bar and riverwalk. Recomend using the FREE streetcar service loop. Alley to garage was very narrow and a bit challenging to find. Host was great and very responsive to any inquiries.

Lovely stay in OTR

Ted has a lovely flat. The layout is perfect for 2 couples and a good location in OTR. Ted was very responsive when one couple had trouble connecting to wifi. We were in town for a reunion and it was fun to see how the area is changing. We didn't cook as we had events all weekend. It is easy to walk to breakfast in the morning - coffee shops and restaurants abound! We chose a different place every day. Findlay Market is wonderful as always. We would stay there again when going to events in downtown Cincy.

Great place to stay for two business colleagues with two master suites and separate thermostats. This clean condo is well-appointed with everything needed for a comforable stay. Walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants close by.

Location of Over-The-Rhine is convenient to downtown as well as local eateries and stores. The condo is kept up well with a thoughtful layout for two families. Pictures are accurate. Ted is responsive and helpful.

Great weekend

The condo is clean and gorgeous as described! We had a slight issue during our stay (nothing major) and he was quick to respond. The alley to get to garage is narrow and difficult to find (look for the hot dog on the Holiday Bar wall and the alley is next to it) but once we did it was easy enough. We look forward to staying again!!

Wedding Weekend

Old college friends in town to celebrate our kiddo’s wedding. We loved the property as it was very close to all the wedding venues. Very spacious! The three bathrooms were fantastic! Ted did a great job communicating.

Gorgeous apt gentrified neighborhood close to music hall

Lovely spot in an urban location. Unbelievably quiet. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and quality bedding. Convenient to music hall, a variety of restaurants Ted is a great communicator and was very responsive. We hope to stay there on our next trip to the May festival

Wonderful!

This was our second time staying at this property. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the short walk to a multitude of restaurants! Ted is extremely responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks for another great weekend in OTR!

Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our daughter in Cincinnati. Check in was a breeze due to detailed instructions and excellent communication. The unit was even prettier in person and it was immaculate. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, Findlay market and to all the local shops. Our car never left the garage. Definitely one of the best properties we have visited!

Great Location

Originally from Cincinnati but had not been back in years. Came in to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family and friends. Location was perfect to explore Over The Rhine with great restaurants and bars all walking distance. And being right on trolly line was great to ride to stadium for Bengals game and back. Well furnished and very urban modern.

Terrific location and beautiful condo!

Lovely condo with two very nice size bedrooms. Both with adjoining bathrooms and king size beds. Very close to tons of restaurants and bars as well as Findlay market. We would come back!

Great downtown experience

This apartment is very welcoming and so easy to stay in. The flow of the rooms lend to relaxation. We enjoyed the closeness and ease of walking 3-5 minutes to a variety of great restaurants. The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum were only 30 - 40 minute drives. Totally a great experience.

My wife Vicky and I developed the building in Cincinnati, completing the project in 2017. We lived 16 years previously in London England, and this property was inspired by one of our places over there. Our children are grown and now living in Cleveland OH, Miami, and London, so we understand traveling and the importance of making the space you stay in feel inspirational and uplifting as well as meet your needs.

Architect Terry Boling helped us design and build this 3-unit building to reflect our previous life in London England. It was a 2-year project that started with the purchase of 2 vacant lots in the historic OTR District. We decided that we could better meet our needs with a new build than via renovation. That being said, our place fits within historic framework of OTR (and went through the historic conservation review process). The Stannary is the 2020 winner of the CRAN Award (Custom Residential Architects Network) for Best Multi-Unit housing.
