Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience at Emerald Osprey. It means the world to us that you had a great week! We also truly appreciate your helpful feedback. We're sorry the refrigerator and freezer weren't consistently performing as they should. We've had them looked at and all is working well. We're so glad these small issues didn't take away from your vacation—and we love your positive attitude about enjoying the ice cream a little faster! 😊 It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay in the future. Safe travels and thank you again!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you found the home lovely, clean, and spacious enough for your family, and that your grandchildren enjoyed being so close to the pool and spending time swimming. We appreciate you bringing the primary bathroom window covering to our attention. This has been addressed and taken care of. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the elevator and pantry storage. We do understand that when the home was built it should have had additional storage. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve both the comfort and convenience of the home. We're so glad your family enjoyed your stay overall, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again for another memorable vacation!
