Located on Historic 4th Street in Northeast Little Falls, you’ll find yourself 3 to 4 Blocks from the Mississippi River Public Landing, Broadway Ave., Adorable Downtown, and All Sorts of Shopping.

Unwind and relax in a new queen bed with fresh, cozy bedding - perfect for a wonderful night's sleep.

There is 1 bathroom on the main level equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Adjacent to the Bathroom is a Laundry Room with a Washer and Dryer, where guests will feel right at home.

Very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with great access to sidewalks for walking our dog. The pricing was comparable to the hotel rates….and we had the luxury of having our own space. We would definitely stay here again if our business brings us to Little Falls in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!

The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for the stay for the week. We used it mainly as extra space for people to sleep as my parents live down the road and during Christmas there is no longer enough room for all of us to stay. I would not hesitate to rent again. Nicer than the local hotels.

5 stars! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well stocked, and the host went above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, and coffee. There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting anywhere around Little Falls. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, the house was very cozy and welcoming, and the close proximity to downtown was a plus as well. The host Shannon was very responsive in letting us know about check-in, as well as about how to get to the house. We would definitely recommend Shannon’s house!

We enjoyed the neighborhood, quiet. Lots of parking available--church parking lot available and easy to get in and out. The only comments, possibly put up handrails going into the front door and the area rug in the living room is starting to "curl" on the edges, which could become a trip hazard in the future. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

We had to visit little falls for a sporting event for my children. This home was the perfect place for us! With 4 of us and two being teenage boys a hotel room is far too cramped. This home was the perfect stay for us! The driveway was perfectly clear of snow. The entrance to the home was easy and just as explained. Waiting for us in the front entry was a welcome letter and a tin of popcorn, a very nice touch. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very cozy. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean and welcoming. The kitchen had every tool we needed to make our breakfast and fuel my teenagers for their sporting event! Thank you for opening up your home to us. It was perfect and we will search for it when we are here again next year.
