Our very large pool area offers depths from 3 ft to 8 ft and is canopied with several trees for a nicely shaded afternoon swim!

Please let us know if you're bringing along the littles, we are happy to provide high chairs, safety gates, and have plenty of games and books for their enjoyment! All doors leading to the pool from the inside include double locks for safety! The pool is also garnished with a 6 ft tall fence covering 90% of the pool area!

Did we mention that we are also extremely pet friendly and even have a pet door for your furry-family member's convenience as well!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway-and our garage currently closed due to remodeling for unimaginable amenities to come!!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the bathtub/shower. This gives us an accurate count of the ones we have left out (prevents mold, too!) for your stay! Place used bed linen on the floor in in the room
Please put the thermostat to 76 degrees. Outdoor lights stay on for safety. Please ensure all doors are locked. Trash can be placed in the bins located outside. Trash days are on Wednesdays.
Please note that additional cleaning fees will be assessed if pet waste or smoking waste is found on the exterior of the property. We leave plenty of trash bags to keep the place tidy for everyone!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had SUCH a wonderful time here! The host was incredibly responsive when some things came up (no fault of the host or ours), and the handyman they have on call was kind and unobtrusive. The pool was clean, and I know how hard it can be to keep a pool clean! They have lots of amenities for you, like pancake mix and other staple ingredients for cooking. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was very clean and all supples were properly provided. The beds, clean sheets, and lots of bath towels were amazing. Loved the size of the kitchen and we enjoyed cooking in it. The cloud sunroom, mini air hockey table, and the Dart board game were a big hit! And of course the pool / hot tube was enjoyed by all. We sat around the spacious living room with the family while we played a fun game and really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the Host was excellent.

Very pretty house with pool and hot tub ready to go very clean. Plenty of supplies, including coffee pot with pods some condiments, and lots of spices. Beds were comfortable. Will be using this rental again when I go back to Dallas, I love this house.

This was BY FAR the best VRBO we have stayed in (and we vacay often) it was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the host was able to answer any questions within minutes of any text. The pool is awesome too cool off during the day and the hot tub to relax in the evening. The beds are SO comfy and the decor is such a stylish eclectic combo it's fun to explore each unique room. To start , I want to thank the host , Ms Carolyn, for being so sweet , so attentive and so accommodating. My Family and I felt at home away from home immediately after arriving. From how everything was set up throughout the whole house, making it a cozy atmosphere and making it easy to find anything you could ever need and more like all the inflatables, which are when are the top things my kids were happy about. Everything was clean inside and outside, Like the pool and hot tub. There was many games for both Inside and outside the house to play with the kids. It was a house fully prepared, we took everything we could ever need , but the house had it all , which I know will come in handy for many people , just looking to get away and not have to pack up everything from their home. I didnt get many picture because we were too busy spending some good family time.

Awesome home & host!

This property has everything you could need—and more! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, complete with a coffee bar, waffle bar, and plenty of utensils and cookware. The home was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the tasteful decor made it feel warm and inviting. The backyard is beautiful, and we absolutely loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.We’ve rented many properties across the country and Carolyn is by far the best host we’ve ever had. She truly cares about her guests and it shows in every detail. You won’t regret booking this wonderful home—we’ll definitely be back!

Beyond Great Experience

We walked in and the place was spotless !!! Everything was very well put together and the features of the house was amazing and aesthetically pleasing . 5 Stars is not enough!

We absolutely loved this place! I'm not sure where to start! Communication with Carolyn was the easiest! I swear we were friends in a past life. The house itself is beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen is amazing with everything we could possibly need. The beds we all super comfortable. The sun room ceiling is the best!! You'll understand when you see it. The pool was lovely, completely private with Plenty of area to sit and enjoy the quiet.Plenty of towels for the pool as well. I cannot wait to come back.
