This unique home is basically two houses in one. We have two full sized kitchens, living areas, dining areas, etc. It comfortably sleeps 18. The property is new and full of amenities. We are located within minutes of several restaurants, bars, malls and the following:

FW Stockyards
TCU
AT&T & Globe Life Stadiums
Downtown Fort Worth

Botanical Gardens

This house will perfectly accommodate a big family or a large group of family/friends.

The downstairs of this spacious home features a large kitchen, a living room with a large sectional and a smart tv, and a dining area.

The upstairs features a large, fully functional kitchen, a living room with a two queen sofa sleepers, 4 smart TVs, a sitting bar and a dining area and a full bathroom. There is seating for over 20 in this area with a view of the TVs from every angle.

The downstairs master suite features a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a huge full bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a soaking Jacuzzi bathtub.

The upstairs features a second large master suite with a queen size bed, a smart TV, two large vanity areas, a shower and bathtub,

The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV and closet space.

The third upstairs bedroom features two bunk bed sets with each having 3 twin beds (6 beds total) as well as a closet space.

The house boasts an oversized garage that can comfortably fit two large pick-up trucks. There is also parking available on-site for up to 8 additional cars. Guests have access to the entire property.

We had a great stay at this place for our large family group attending a wedding nearby. Very spacious with good amenities, great kitchen. Chris was very helpful and responsive. Other than not being in the best area of town, it was safe inside and all the codes for the gate and door worked perfectly. We had plenty of parking space. The kids enjoyed it a lot too.

House is great with plenty of space! However, the neighborhood is highly questionable. Put a driveway gate on the side of the house to provide more parking for more than one car.

Huge space

The house is huge & has lots of space to gather together. Also has great bathroom space for people to get ready! It could be a bit cleaner but had everything we needed! Some traffic noise. Overall good! We’d stay again.

Great house and great stay!

Nice, large house, perfect accommodations for family and bridal party. Good set-up with downstairs master suite, kitchen, and living room. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with larger kitchen, living room and bar. Host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very convenient proximity to downtown Ft Worth and Botanical Gardens. It is a transitional neighborhood, but our guests always felt safe within fully gated property. Would strongly recommend!

Great for large group!

We recently brought a group of teens to compete at FWSSR and stayed at this house. Overall, it was a great choice for our group. The location was ideal—less than 10 minutes from both Justin Arena and Dickies Arena, which made it convenient for us to get to the event. The floor plan was also well-suited for larger groups. The teens had their own kitchen and living area upstairs, which gave the adults some peace and quiet downstairs. However, there were a few downsides. The neighborhood felt a bit rough, so it's not ideal if you're looking for a quiet, scenic area.In terms of cleanliness, we were disappointed. The blankets in the bunk room were dirty, and the carpet in the master bedroom was in need of a good cleaning. Also, the main dresser in the master was broken, making the left side of the drawers unusable. We also noticed several ashtrays upstairs and a faint smell of smoke. There were a few letdowns in terms of the presentation of the house. The linens on the beds didn’t match, and towels weren’t hung in the bathrooms, which gave the place a bit of a disorganized feel. There were also no makeup washcloths or travel toiletries available, which we’ve come to expect in similar rentals. While the house itself worked great for our needs, I do think it could benefit from a few upgrades in terms of presentation and attention to detail. A positive note, the host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our later checkout. We would stay there again.

Would not stay here again

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from TCU. I do not suggest a TCU family stay here. First, although the location is a short drive, the neighborhood (near Hulen) was not nice and certainly not up and coming like the other review said. I was not happy with the surroundings whatsoever. The house was spacious however the owner allows smoking so if you aren’t a smoker and not used to being overpowered by cigar smell then it will bother you. The bathrooms were clean as was the kitchen and most areas in the house, but the carpets needed to be vacuumed. This might be a nice place for a bunch of men to stay but for us, as a family with friends we brought to the area, it wasn’t what we were looking for and I would not stay here again.

Awesome House

Stayed at this house and it was perfect for the 22 people we had there for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was big and spacious with enough bathrooms. Never felt like we were on top of each other. It was also great having two kitchens.

Football Weekend

My friends and I stayed for the weekend to attend a TCU FB game. The house, with the exception of it smelling like smoke, was very nice. The neighborhood, not so much. On Saturday night, directly across the street there was a gathering of about 100 people. At 1:30 in the morning there was loud music and cars were doing donuts in the middle of the street, which is a fairly busy street. Never saw any type of police presence the entire night. I got the feeling that this was not a one time occurrence. If the house had a different location, I would highly recommend it. However, given where it is, I would proceed with caution.

My family stay

The property was beautiful we thought it was a 5 bedroom and had an attached house on the property, I explained to the owner and he changed the listing...All in all it was a great stay, I did not actually stay in the home but my family did and they loved the stay

House was huge; we fit 22 people and had a blast. Really great location, extremely close to Dickie's Arena and the Will Rogers Convention center where we could watch the rodeo. We'll book this next time we do another meetup in town!

21st Birthday Celebration weekend

I hosted my son and a group of his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday. This house was perfect for the group size that we had. The inside was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the way the house was set up and the proximity to the Stockyards. I would definitely recommend this house for a larger group. Perfect layout!

Perfect for our trip

The house was beautiful, modern updates, very spacious and very clean. A large garage to park our vehicle inside. Plenty of room for our group. Close (5 minutes) to the Dickies Arena for our conference. Our owner and property manager were very prompt to reply to our questions/needs and very nice! We would chose to stay here again!

Beautiful house!

This house was beautiful & huge! Very nice! And the host was great to work with! It was close to the Dickies Arena area, which made it convenient for us. The only issue we had was that several in our group had traveled with large trucks, which were difficult to park within the gates of this property. If you have small or mid-size vehicles, there is plenty of parking. Also, it wasn’t an issue once you are in the gate, but the house is located on a very busy street, so if you’re not the person that gets the one gate opener, you have to get out & punch in the code for the gate. Overall, a great stay.

Exactly what we needed for our group

The place is huge, the owner was so nice & accommodating , we had 13 stay for a conference in town & were able to spread out comfortably because it’s like 2 houses in 1! The only thing I give 4.5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness was because it smelled of stale cigarette smoke & ash trays were left around. Whenever we came back to the house someone would comment about the smell. Other than that , everything was great!

Great Stay!

I traveled with a group of high school cheerleaders for a competition at the convention center. The location of the convention center and the stockyards, etc., is fantastic! Our only issue is that we came on a minibus and the parking was not plentiful. The suburban fit is just fine, however. The neighborhood is up and coming; you can tell work is being done to improve it; the house itself, however, is lovely.

Great time in Fort Worth

We came down for our sons graduation from TCU We have a large family so we needed a large place where we could all have a comfortable bed and a nice Place to stay This truly fit the bill. We are glad we found the place and will definitely come back here!

This property was built with a large family or group in mind. It is two houses in one. The houses are connected inside, so there is full access to the entire house. The main house is set up as a beautiful 3BR, 2.5 Bath house with plenty of space to move around. The upstairs is the WOW! It is set up as a sports bar or entertaining area with large flat screen TVs on every wall. There are more than 20 comfortable stools and seats all around the room. It also has a bedroom and two full bathrooms and 2 sleeper sofas.

Location, location, location!! This property is centrally located and is minutes away from most of the popular sites in DFW. We are less than 5 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, and we are located right off the interstate. We are a very short drive to the Stockyards, Dickies Arena, Will Rogers coliseum, TCU, 7th Street, the Hospital district, the FW Zoo, AT&T stadium, Globe Life Field and many shops, stores, and malls.
