Best room in all of Asbury! Has everything you need with nice extra touches, like water bottles in the fridge and chocolate treats on the table. Also comes with a parking spot and two beach passes, which was extremely appreciated. Beach is a short walk away. It really has everything you could wish for!

Daniel was a wonderful host and made our stay so much more enjoyable than expected. The room was very clean and that is so important to us. It was a great location to the boardwalk and our favorite diner, Franks! We were able to walk everywhere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are already looking forward to next year’s visit!

The place was exactly as listed. Parking was easy off street. First floor entrance. No issues with keyless check in. Short straight walk to the beach. Loved walking the boardwalk to shop, eat, and drink. Beach was not crowded and short walk to the water.

A really cute, clean room to stay a night or more!’ Perfect for when I want to go to the shore and wish I had a room to stay instead of having to drive home the same day. It was everything I needed, in fact I probably would be fine living there! Danny was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. He also bought a beach cart just in time for my visit. Thank you Danny I’ll be back.

Danny's room was perfect for what we needed. Close to the boardwalk, with parking and on a beautiful street. The room is small but well organized. Getting in was easy and check out a breeze. We had a great stay and communication with Danny was excellent. We would highly recommend.

Stayed here as we went to a concert at Asbury lanes on a tue night and didn't want to drive home afterwards. Room was sufficient for our needs. Bed was comfortable and host was friendly. Great instructions provided in a timely manner.

This room was cute and very clean! Granted it was a rainy holiday weekend but the. neighborhood appears quiet and peaceful. The truffles left in our room were delicious and a nice touch! Two minute uber ride to Asbury Hotel which was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Danny was a fantastic host and was able to accommodate a special request which was so convenient with the rain that weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Danny was very helpful for every step along the way! The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location is perfect for all needs in asbury the beach and franks deli (Amazing Pork Roll Sandwich) both a short walk away.
