One block from the beach!

Smell the ocean air as you rock the day away on our wraparound porch. Located at 1203 A Street in Belmar, our 3 BR, 1 BA home has a new outdoor shower, central A/C & heat, fully stocked kitchen with new dishwasher, paver patio with seating for 6, bbq, dining areas in & out, 1-car driveway, fenced-in PRIVATE yard, and W/D in basement. Includes 4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 13+). Bath towels and bed linens provided.
Families ONLY: 5 adults MAX. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies). Owner assumes any and all liability for any damage or injury caused by their pet, whether on or off the property, and will keep the dog leashed while on the porch or outdoors at all times.

I just stayed for the month of February. There is a reason for Allison's perfect reviews. The house was clean and well cared for, and Allison was the most gracious host I've ever dealt with. We had to deal with a blizzard and snow that didn't want to melt, but Allison was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable I would rent from her without hesitation.

The beach house is in a great location in Belmar! The house is one block from the beach and walking distance to the restaurants around Main Street. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was very clean. The porch and side dining area are great to hang out in and enjoy the weather. The place is very comfortable for a beach vacation and I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cozy cottage with the perfect porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Great location with short walk to beach and quiet neighbors. Allie is a thoughtful host and has every amenity you could possibly imagine covered. Highly recommend!

Great little house one block from the beach. Extremely clean. Owners are super nice and easy to communicate with. We absolutely love the wrap around porch. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Spot

The hosts were so kind - the place was so clean - central air - everything we were looking for. Multiple sleeping spots - wrap around porch with clean patio. Super close to the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great house for family beach trip!

This house was so cute and very clean! The easy one block walk to the beach everyday was our favorite part. Definitely would go back again and I highly recommend!

MDW stay

House is adorable! Has everything youll need. Very clean and comfortable Allie was great very graciously allowed us to check in early and offered us a later check out. The area is great and close to the beach. My 24 year old daughter and her bestie had a blast!

Clean, Cozy & Close to the Belmar Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cute cozy cottage within a block of the Belmar beach. Listing was accurate, check-in was easy, and landlord texted to make sure all was good. It was a great location and quiet. (We stayed the last week of August.) Thank you for letting us stay in your beach getaway!

The Best Location!

Our family enjoyed a spectacular week in Belmar. The house is well kitted out and there is space for a family of 5. The kitchen had all the essentials and the front porch and side patio were perfect. All that plus a one block walk to the beach and shops made for a relaxing and wonderful holiday!!

Beauty in Belmar

We loved our stay at this property in Belmar. It was spotless. Location was fantastic. Close to beach, and can walk to Main St. And Alison could not have been more pleasant. It was an easy, breezy vacation, which is just what you want at the beach.

Great house one block from the beach

What a great spot! Nice clean house with two good size bedrooms and a small office with a twin bed. Living room is good size with great amenities and kitchen gets the job done. The star of the show is the outside shower!

This is the perfect property to enjoy Belmar and the Jersey Shore. Great porch, great yard, great bedrooms and office, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed/supplied, well managed and a great owner, one block from the beach.

Such a cute beach cottage! Just enough room for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teen boys). We loved sitting on the front porch and the quick walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided and Allie was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and we will be back 😎

Great Location & Sweet Porch

This was our first trip to Belmar and the location of this clean, updated house was perfect for our family of 4 - iwhich includes two teen girls. The beach was one block away and was beautiful! Allison made check in & out easy and provided us with all the information we needed to have a great week! Look forward to returning!

Spectacular Experience

This house had all we needed for a great week down the shore. It sits one block from the beach on a quiet street. It’s cozy, comfy and clean! Allie, the owner/host was attentive and responsive! Would absolutely recommend this house!!!

Great beach home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing was exactly as depicted, if not better. Our family of five - two parents, one grandparent and 2 kids ages 2 and 4 fit comfortably into this house. The property was clean enough to eat off of the floors when we arrived. Allison was a very thoughtful and responsive host. The proximity to the beach was very convenient, especially with kids and all of their gear. We would definitely stay again.

Beach getaway

Allison was a wonderful host. If I had any question she got back to me within moments. The house was immaculate. It is located 1 block away from beach and boardwalk. And the steps to the boardwalk are right there. Very nice neighborhood. The property is fenced but not securely for a dog to roam freely.

Perfect Stay

We spent two amazing weeks at Allie’s house. Her house is perfect! It had everything we needed and was super clean. We loved sitting on the front porch and admiring her beautiful flowers. I already miss my morning and evening walks along the boardwalk. It was so enjoyable being one block from the beach. The weather was gorgeous and we were able to enjoy the beach every day. My daughter loved the outdoor shower and the snacks upon our arrival were some of her favorites. Allie is a wonderful host!

Wonderful week at the beach

Amazing location and really clean and cozy property. Plenty of room for a family of four. The owner thought of every amenitiy. Despite the one bathroom, there is an outdoor shower with hot water that really helped alleviate the traffic. The porch and backyard are wonderful. Communication was flawless. Texts and messages were all returned promptly. We hope to make it back and stay here again next year.
