Excellent location in San Francisco!

The hotel we stayed at was great! It was clean, spacious and we even received an upgrade. The view of the city from out room was amazing! Our hotel receptionist did a wonderful job checking us in. The inside of the hotel was stunning and they offered water, coffee and other amenities. It was also conveniently located next to a parking garage which made it easier to store our vehicle.

There are a few things in this hotel stay that I miss when I rent a home. There was no apps on the TV, just cable. There was not enough room to hang clothes. Not any room in ours to hang long garments. A little tight of a room for two. Maybe there are other rooms larger, that would be great. Location is pretty good. Although, you are in the "Tenderloin" area. and will see some young people passed out on the street, your also a block away from Union Square and all the high end stores. and high end hotels. Our fridge was tiny tiny. And the carpet they have meh....Not a good pick looks dirty. Keep the hardwood! Maid service is great! And maybe I'm used to the home rentals.

The building is old, but is beautifully restored and very well maintained. It’s also very clean throughout. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
