Getting around back to the parking was a bit confusing at first but worked out just fine. Had a problem with the door lock on one of the rooms and had to text back and forth when a quick phone call would have been easier. overall though, the units were as described, very clean and worked well for our group of 8 guys.

We had an amazing stay at Kathleen's VRBO property during our trip to Birmingham. The quad accommodations perfectly suited our group of 22 players and 4 coaches. The highlight was definitely the ample bathrooms; having two in each unit was a lifesaver with so many teenage boys!Kathleen was a fantastic host, promptly responding to all my questions and clearly communicating everything we needed. The property was super clean and conveniently located near all our destinations for the weekend. The large parking area at the rear meant street parking wasn't necessary, which was a great bonus.I would 100% recommend staying with Kathleen to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for being such a great host!

This property was the perfect location and size for our extended family to stay together for a family wedding weekend. We could gather and fellowship in one of the lower units and then all disperse to our different units for sleeping and getting ready for going out. Our events were all within a few miles of this location, and so it worked out perfectly. The host was very attentive and communicative, addressing any needs we had. TV was streaming, so bring your account passwords to your favorite streaming service. There are stairs to all units. Parking in the back is wonderful - just drive around to the alley entry.
