There is no street parking. Guest must park in the driveway at all times. Cars parked on the street at any time are subject to fines and towing.
Noise and lighting on the exterior of the home is prohibited after 10:30pm. Lights are on timers. Noise monitoring devices in common areas.
TRASH Guests are asked to take the trash bin to the cans located on the small deck to the left of the front door (pickup on Wednesday mornings)
