A Must See!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: granite counters, cabinets, appliances, carpet, furniture, lighting & decor. 1 balcony leads to living room & master suite which has a King size bed overlooking Villa side largest Lake and Pool. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and another balcony. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room...sleeps 8 comfortable. Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN, You will NOT be disappointed! **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Arcade, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property and must be completed 1 day prior to arrival. Same day arrival registration cost is $75. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $50; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $100. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

This was a nice condo, even though it is NOT oceanfront, there are super nice people that run trams back and forth to the other Edgewater resort that is beachfront. There was a nice heated pool directly below this condo. First time staying at this condo and it was very nice would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at edgewater villas. Family of 5. Short walk to beachfront. Tram rides back and forth. Pool was right behind us. Pool wasn't busy at all. Nice. Rooms clean. Villa Area was quite away from crowded beach front. We would stay again.

Wonderful retreat to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was not on the beach but was away from the crowded area and that was exactly what we needed. We had a small pool right outside our condo that was perfect for our family. It was never crowded. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several times while there. Erica always quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very clean. The property manager checked in with us occasionally throughout the weekend. It was a great location. The tram rides from our villa to the beach was a nice treat. The only complaint I have is the coffee cups weren't big enough. Haha! So I just drank a few more cups. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great, However some of the amenities cost you extra. like the pickle ball/tennis courts. were $10.00 per person per hour. I found that a little steep We were a little annoyed at that. so basically other than the pool and shuttle to the beach the other fun cost you extra.

Vacation 2021

We arrived at PCB 3 hours early due to time change, I text them and they got us in within the hour. Location was nice, took about a 5 min walk to beach or catch the shuttle. Room was nice and clean. Few little things need to be checked on, air wasn’t cooling effectively, we were very warm. The fans in both bedrooms are small and don’t put enough air out plus they rattle. The fans need to be large like the living room. Also the sliding glass door handle in the living room is a pinch hazard. We believe it is on backwards. All in all it was a nice place to stay, we appreciate your help Erica.
