During our annual family visit, we had the pleasure of staying at this residence, which exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. The home's interior is not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, accommodating 8-10 individuals comfortably. The property is situated in an excellent area of Mesa, Arizona. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring 6 standard coffee cups, an espresso set, 6-7 drinking glasses, and an adequate supply of plates for a family gathering of 10. However, we did notice a few essentials missing, such as a potato masher, kitchen scissors, and silicone spatulas. We recommend that future hosts consider providing a checklist for guests, including tasks like emptying trash cans, starting towels, and running the dishwasher before departure. Additionally, it would be helpful to include information about local schedules, such as pool maintenance on Tuesday mornings, yard maintenance on Wednesdays, garbage pickup on Tuesdays, and recycling pickup on Saturdays. Overall, we would recommend this home to others and consider staying here again.
