This cozy property features two (2) bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second quest bedroom with a queen bed, a homey den with a queen sleeper sofa and two (2) bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, including essential amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your use and comfort. The soothing atmosphere of this villa will make guests feel right at home. There are two gorgeous pools and a kiddie splash park to entertain your children. There is a restaurant and outside bar right next to the pool area and many activities to keep you busy like pickleball, volleyball, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness room including yoga classes to keep you as active as you want. There is a free coffee/hot chocolate bar area open all day for your convenience. There is always something to do to meet everyone's needs or just relax in the newly extended lanai and watch the water and the wildlife go by. You have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy beautiful nature at its best. There is also a barbecue if you feel like cooking or explore the diverse dining options, upscale shopping and recreational opportunities this charming area offers.
