A little slice of paradise in picturesque Lorraine Lakes! Welcome to this lovely brand new villa overlooking a pond in Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton) Florida. This cozy property features two (2) bedrooms - the primary with a king bed and spa-style ensuite with two separate sinks and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed with plenty of closet space with an adjacent second bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The homey den provides a comfortable recliner and a pull-out couch for an additional queen bed for your extra family and guests to use. The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, shampoo and conditioners for your use. Other essential amenities like AC, WiFi, three smart TVs and a washer and dryer are also included for your use and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops with sufficient space to prepare your meals and then eat across the way at an elegant dining table with eight chairs to enjoy your family meals together. The soothing atmosphere of this villa will make you and your guests feel right at home. This resort style community features two gorgeous pools and a kiddie splash park to entertain your children. There is a full-service restaurant and outside bar right next to the pool area and many activities to keep you busy like pickleball, volleyball, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness room including yoga classes to keep you as active as you want. There is a free coffee/hot chocolate bar area open all day for your convenience. There is always something to do to meet everyone's needs or just relax in the newly extended lanai and watch the water and the wildlife go by. You have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy beautiful mother nature at its best. There is also a barbecue if you feel like cooking or explore the diverse dining options, upscale shopping and recreational opportunities this charming area offers. Lakewood Ranch is a large resort style community. Additionally, the renowned UTC shopping mall is within easy reach. You will be delighted to visit the beautiful beaches and the vibrant city of Sarasota only 25 minutes away. Come and stay a while. We know you'll enjoy your stay at our villa! This villa must be booked for a minimum of 30 days. Our new HOA has added a $200 fee per stay to access all the amenities, This is paid directly to them. A form will be attached under the rental agreement. This is a full-featured vacation - not just a villa rental. We know you will enjoy all that this community/resort offers.
