Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Great location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is great.The cleaning fee is very high and yet they want you to wash the dishes, take out the trash and even load the towels and start the wash. They say there are no hidden fees but charged me 50 when confirming that I was taking my dog to their dog friendly rental. They said the fee was for having to change the reservation then said it was a cleaning fee for the pet hair. There was mold in the showers, the washer smelled like mildew, the towels had bleach stains on them, there were chips in the tub, chips and knicks everywhere. The chairs were hard to sit in and most of them had broken legs. The stools and sofa were also broken. The kitchen faucet was hard to use. The TV's upstairs don't have internet connection. Wifi didn't allow for connection. Neighbors to the back keep their dog outside and it barks, a lot.
