Spacious villa with a pool

Welcome to our spacious four-bedroom villa with a private pool. This two-story villa is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxed family holiday.

Inside the villa, you will find a large salon, kitchen, and bar, along with four bedrooms featuring double beds, four bathrooms with either a bath or shower and a spacious terrace on the second floor. On the premises, there is a garden, a swimming pool, and a generously sized recreational area. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available for an extra fee of 10 euros per day (all rooms).

Each bedroom has its own access to the swimming pool. In the main bedroom, adorned in an orange color scheme, you'll discover a substantial wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a spacious double bed, a vanity table with a mirror, air conditioning, and an entrance to the private bathroom with a shower. This room also features paintings and decorative elements that make it particularly charming.

The other three bedrooms are connected via a small hallway. The second bedroom is decorated in soothing blue tones and features a wooden double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe, and an air conditioner. It connects to a spacious private bathroom with a bathtub.

The third bedroom, while the smallest, offers a double bed, a compact bedside table, a computer desk, and a large mirrored wardrobe with a built-in safe. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, reading lamps, a spacious mirrored wardrobe, air conditioning, and a shelf.

The bed widths are 180 cm, 140 cm, 135 cm, and 135 cm, respectively. A small hall leads to a country-style bar area equipped with comfortable wooden armchairs, a sofa, tall chairs, a bar counter, and niches adorned with decorative elements. This bar is perfect for cocktail parties and can also serve as a second kitchen. It provides convenient access to the drying room, which, in turn, leads to the swimming pool.

The swimming pool covers an area of approximately 40 square meters and can be heated for an additional fee of 15 euros per day. Its depth ranges from 120 cm to 170 cm. In the recreational area, you'll find sunbeds, showers, and sun shelters. Nearby, there is a table with four chairs. The recreational area can be accessed from each bedroom, as well as from outside stairs leading to the upper floor.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 8-9 people, making it an ideal choice for families.

We have provided all the necessary appliances to ensure your stay is comfortable, including a washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerators in both the bar and kitchen, electric stoves in both areas, a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, and hair dryers in the bathrooms. Additionally, we offer stable WiFi access. We also have a baby cot and a high chair available for free upon request.

You'll find one parking slot available on the villa's premises, and at least two more are available on the street. Please note that cleaning is not there is a mandatory fee of 120 euros for the final cleaning, which will be included in your quote.

The villa is situated in the town of Callao Salvaje on the southwest coast of Tenerife, just a ten-minute drive from the popular resorts of Las Americas and Playa Paraiso. The beach is a 13-minute walk away.
