This newly acquired, striking, Lewis & Clark lake home, on a 1.5 acre lot, is directly across from the State Park entrance and boat dock. This home features a large open great room so everyone can be together, fully stocked kitchen with seating for 12, a loft and downstairs living room for overflow, a fireplace on each level, a huge deck for entertaining and relaxing with a lake view. This is the perfect place to be close to everything but space from the neighbors.

A beautiful home with a view of the Missouri River and the Gavins Point Dam. Located just outside of Yankton, South Dakota, but close enough for shopping or evening entertainment.

Born and raised in the area and refer to the lake area as “My Happy Place” as we have made so many great memories with family and friends. We fell in love with this property and its layout and location 5 years and recently acquired it!! We just love the area and know you will too!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!! We have family and friends nearby and it is a rare find with this view and being so close to the water and state park!

What makes this property unique

It has many areas to gather in small groups and an open concept of kitchen, living and dining all combined for everyone tonight gather as well! Each room is large to have room for extra beds, pack n plays, feelings you had at youth birthday sleepovers where all the kids can sleep in one room or separate so they actually sleep! Two huge outdoor areas as well for playing outdoor games or just relaxing with a gas fire pit and a smokeless fire pit!! We also love the amount of land surrounding the house as your neighbors are not right next to you with tons of green space!
