Leather&Spruce - Luxury Lake area fun funky home with amenities. Great for 2-18!
This fun "Mid-Century Modern Eclectic Lakehouse" is the newest addition to the Twist of Pine family of vacation rentals and event locations in the Yankton lake area (also includes thePinecone & lakeGLAMpine). This luxury lake house has comfortable mattresses & beds, amazing showers and one bath with a soaking tubwith heated bathroom floor, a meditation room, a wet bar area and as a PLUS a kids playroom you just have to see! Sleeps 14 in bedrooms and Convertible Couches. Also has 4 additional portable twin mattresses. For a total of 18 beds with linens and bedding.
If you are planning a romantic weekend for just 2, or if your group is less than 6, please message us for possible better rates!
Normal check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m - if you need us to accommodate different timing, just ask - if we haven't had a guest the night before, or we don't have a new guest coming in, we can probably adjust this for you. But you must get this in writing from Lisa - either through here, or via a text message to confirm, so our cleaning team is made aware.

Kelly built the amazing barn you see to the south and east of thePinecone (north of Twist of Pine). He hopes he can someday soon enjoy his woodworking shop with his kids and grandkids. He wants everyone to know it is not a wedding barn or party location, but we think it would be great one..LOL!.

We chose these properties due to the proximity of the location to the Yankton area, our other rental property thePinecone (on the SE corner of Kaiser and 434th) Twist of Pine (timber frame home you can see south as you look at the lake through the two houses across the street from this rental) and the close access to Lewis and Clark lake, but you just have to see the views of the lake and the backyard oasis we are creating. So excited to share it with everyone!

This beautiful Timberframe home just down the driveway from thePinecone on 434th, is a great way to upgrade your stay with a full breakfast and all the extras you might need. Booking items are still on a case by case basis, but Twist of Pine will have many added experiences and add on's as well, just check with us when you stay is close and we will gladly update you on availability.
Babysitting, delivery of food items and some room service type amenities, access to our store during your stay, and more.
