About this space
Large apartment located in a villa with a small private garden. It's just been renovated and fully equipped. A 2-minute walk from Precotto Metro Station, you can reach the DUOMO in 15 minutes . The accommodation is sanitized at each arrival, and is accessed independently through self check-in. They comfortably stay 6 people, but it can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchenette is new, has 2 induction plates, dishwasher and microwave oven.
Other things to note
It is necessary to respect the silence between 10: 00 pm and 8:00 am, where listening to music is not allowed, and we recommend moderating the volume of voices and the TV.
