Dog friendly 2-year-young relaxing contemporary getaway home in private, quiet, forested area w/single-family homes surrounding Pequawket Pond. Relax in new Hot Tub on deck right outside of fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Outdoor table/chairs & fire pit as well as a cozy yard. All towels, beds, pillows, sheets & comforters are new! You'll feel like you are nestled in the woods, but you are only a few minutes drive to Conway/North Conway with hiking, skiing, boating, shopping and dining.
Our house is 2 years old and is located in a community in Conway which includes exclusive access to a beachfront to Pequawket Pond (including swimming and non-motorized boats). Excellent air conditioning in the Summer, efficient heat in the Winter. Relax in the new Hot Tub during any season.
We have state of the art electronic keypads to eliminate the hassle of dealing with old-school locks and keys. You will be issued a personalized code automatically when you submit your reservation. You will have access to the entire property.

-No smoking or vaping of any kind
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-The property requires stairs to access
Your safety matters to us. This property features exterior security cameras located at the front and rear doors. It does not look into any of the interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed for your protection.

We have enjoyed coming to this area for many many years and how each season offers something new!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this neighborhood! Nestled among the forest only 12 minutes to North Conway. Dirt roads with a bubbling brook and a 10 minute walk to the pond to kayak, swim and relax!
What makes this property unique
We are nestled in the woods with a pond only a 10 minute walk from the house. We are close to town, 5 min to Conway and 12 minutes to North Conway. Feels like you are away from it all, but there's a Dunkin' Donuts just down the street!
