The Beaver Creek Getaway is cozy 70's nostalgic mobile home is only 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina and just 6 miles from town in Monticello, Ky. Filled with lots of great amenities and a beautiful large covered country porch (nearly 600 square feet) outback to enjoy the peace and quiet in the country. This cozy place will take you back in time while having modern amenities to enjoy.

There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats.

This was my first time using VRBO and Heather made it extremely easy. I loved her property and was the perfect place to stay after striper fishing on Cumberland. It was hard for me to find a place within a mile of the boat ramp and have enough parking for my truck and boat. I was able to park my boat up to the front door to load the cooler easily. Great WiFi and cold ac.

This is a great little property, perfect for small groups. There is a large deck on the back for relaxing and an awesome firepit. The best part about this place is it's proximity to Beaver Creek Marina.

Convenient Lake Rental
