Great house for Cumberland trips

Great proximity to Conley bottom and plenty of parking in you bring your own boat. House was clean and tucked back away just away from Monticello to keep traffic very low. Host was great with any questions and super helpful overall. Was a great tip for us.

House was perfect for our family! The sunroom was the family hangout with plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and updated! Close to lake and town! Will definitely stay again!

Everything, all amenities rang true. It is convenient to the lake and town. And, most of all clean as could be. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Would stay again.

Cute 3 bedroom house close to Beavercreek

Nice clean 3 bedroom home close to the Lake. About 10 min to Monticello and just a few min to Beavercreek Marina. We enjoyed coming home to a cool house after a long day on the lake. Had a cute red cardinal visit us everday on the deck. Would be happy to stay here again.

Lake house

The house was lovely! Roomy and beautiful home for our trip. My only complaint would be the air conditioning in the home, it was very warm in the house the entire trip even after turning the air down. It was very hot unfortunately.

Thank you Megan! With the weather being so hot outside (upper 80's and low 90's)) it's hard to cool a house especially with 10 + guest are coming in and out and the large room is a sunroom with windows all around. We will try to see what options we have to use for this in the future.

Our Lake Cumberland Getaway

The Lake House was decorated nicely, very spacious & I loved the kitchen. You had everything you needed as far as utensils, cookware, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, ect. Had a brand new grill to use & my husband loved that he was able to put his truck & scooter in the garage. They did a lot of little things that was much appreciated & were very easy to communicate with! Great time😊

I retired from Property Valuation Office in November so now this is my full time job. We have 3 vacation rentals and manage another one for our daughter. We have 2 daughters and 3 wonderful grandsons. Life is good!
We try to accommodate all your needs, so if there is something we are missing please let us know and we will try to get that on the list.
