❌No smoking allowed. A $500+ penalty plus cost of remediation, and immediate removal of guests from the Airbnb if any signs of smoking in the unit or on the property is discovered at any time 🚭

❌Please respect check-in and check-out times.

❌Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

❌No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

❌No pets allowed.

❌Unauthorized pets will be fined

❌No loud music at anytime

❌Absolutely no loud noise and/or any music, loud TV between 10pm and 8am.
