Great location, and the pictures don't do the home justice. Its a cozy spot overlooking the lake. Close to Wisp for our day on the mountain, and relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the snow was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice roomy home that needs a few updates

The house was very roomy and clean. Upon arrival we found it well stocked with dishware, utensils, towels, and linens. The wifi works very well in all levels of the house. The view is amazing from the deck and the property is very quiet. The beds are comfortable and the pull out couches have newer memory foam mattresses. There is also one more pull out couch than is listed on the site. Overall the house is nice for a large family. There are a few updates that need made (sliding doors, basement bedroom window, dryer, and gutter above the deck). Otherwise it is a great property.

Ask for information before you arrive.

I booked this home because it had community pool access, but the directions to the pool and gate code were not provided before we arrived and were not posted in home anywhere, so by the time we got the information, it was too late to go to the pool. The home needs updates, sliding doors come off tracks, and Vacasa takes forever to answer questions. The house was also very hot when we arrived and took a few hours to cool down. House was clean and plenty of linens were provided, I would rent again, but would ask for information prior to arriving.

A previous review mentioned they never got the pool code. I sent a message before arrival about said code and was told I would receive via email day before. Obviously code was not in the email so I sent another message. At that point I was given the code for the neighborhood gate but not the pool or the bathrooms at the pool. The back door was broken and one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close. More disappointed in the company running this rental than the unit itself
