Best Condo in Kihei, Great Value

The property manager was more than helpful.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The outside areas of the condo were great!The inside awful! Cheap furniture, stained bedding with holes in blanket, mismatched and inadequate kitchen dishes and accessories. The upstairs neighbors had 3 small children who were loud and running around from 4am until 11pm.

First time visiting Maui and found Kihei to be perfect for our stay.

The process from reserving to arrival was excellent. The staff is very attentive and quick to address any questions I had before and during our stay. The recommendations for restaurants and activities was helpful to learn more about what was near us. Checking in to the condo was easy and it was great never had to worry about losing a door key on our travels.

The condo was clean, well furnished and supplies in the kitchen covered us for any meal we had to make ourselves. Nothing fancy to the accommodation but it had everything we needed for our stay. The addition of beach items (cooler, chairs, umbrella) was a pleasant surprise. We took these on several of our adventures and made beach time or road trips more enjoyable.

As others have commented, the noise from the side neighbors is noticeable. Thankfully our neighbors were never too loud after hours.

All in all we enjoyed our stay and this was a great location for exploring Maui.

The Condo unit was convenient to beaches, restaurants and central to most everything. It was easy to check in (just a code in the door) and the directions led me easily to the unit The unit itself is tastefully decorated although perhaps a little tired. It was clean and comfortable. The walls are thin and I could hear everything in the unit beside me.

It worked well for a place to sleep and cook my meals. It is relatively cheap to rent so I think it is a fair value.

As if the location itself wasn't wonderful enough, just add on the single best customer service you'll ever encounter and this place is a no brainer. Kihei is a fantastic place to call home, local coffee, food, night life, and gorgeous beaches all within minutes. The staff are second to none, and you'll feel like you are a VIP the moment you check in.

We were amazed by the cooking and beach amenities on hand, incredibly grateful! The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you, would absolutely recommend and was a terrific value.
