We love this place! This is our third stay. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a nice living space with new couches and a dining table for four, washer and dryer. It's conveniently located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street. The communication with Eira is easy and pleasant.

This is a lovely property. The floor plan is very functional and there is ample room and storage. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. Our only complaint was not being able to open the door to the patio due to lack of a screen door. In the evening and the morning when the temperature was down it would have been nice to be able get some fresh air.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. I have furnished the Condo in such a way that I hope all my guests will find it comfortable. It has sufficient of everything to make your stay a pleasant experience.
