Lovely neighborhood, quiet and pleasant.

The check in process is seamless and all the necessities are available for preparing and cooking meals. Location is close to grocery stores and shopping. Absolutely love the stay here!

We love this place! This is our third stay. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a nice living space with new couches and a dining table for four, washer and dryer. It's conveniently located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street. The communication with Eira is easy and pleasant.

This is a lovely property. The floor plan is very functional and there is ample room and storage. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. Our only complaint was not being able to open the door to the patio due to lack of a screen door. In the evening and the morning when the temperature was down it would have been nice to be able get some fresh air.

Third Year and Still Very Nice.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed the week of Thanksgiving, and we really like this property. Owner is very accommodating and place is immaculate.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. We will be back again next winter!

Upon deciding to retire at 50 I made a conscious decision to enjoy my remaining years doing what I like the most, which is travelling. I live part of the year in the Republic of Panama and the balance either in the US or my home Country of Wales. My husband and I also like to Cruise and try to visit Countries that we have not been to before.
I have furnished the Condo in such a way that I hope all my guests will find it comfortable. It has sufficient of everything to make your stay a pleasant experience.
