Come visit a slice of heaven on the quiet side of Lake Norman. Newly built one story detached guest house with a great covered porch and gas fire pit. Dock and boat slip access provides you with great fishing, swimming, floating, kayaking and boating enjoyment. Beatties Ford boat launch less than a mile away.

Our private guest house is a bright cozy place with lots of windows and doors for bird watching and to see the beautiful outside. The house is located on a two acre lot which is shared with the owners residence. The lakefront property is surrounded by trees on three sides and has beautiful landscaping. Relax in your own outdoor space with huge covered porch and great neighborhood views. Walk down to the dock to witness the best LKN sunrises on the lake.

We're just 12 miles from exit 25 off I77 and a quick 35 minute ride to center city Charlotte or CLT airport.

The guest house is approx 750 sqf and was completed in the fall of 2021. This is a single story home with no stairs. The heating and air are all electric and very quiet. The house has Wi-Fi and all TV's setup with Roku for streaming. YouTube TV included. Ceiling fans are located in the living room, bedroom and covered porch. Spot lighting along the corners and outdoor coach lights at both entrances. The main entrance door and all interior doorways are ADA compliant. Shower can accommodate a roll-in wheelchair. Grab bars for toilet available upon request.

Living/dining area - We have double loungers on the couch and a 60" TV ready to stream your favorite channels. The TV wall unit has lot's of storage space and contains board games, puzzles, cards and dice. There's a separate dining area with 4 comfortable cushioned dining chairs. This space is multi use and can be utilized for dining, game playing and/or work space.

Bedroom - The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed and two end tables. There is a wall of closets and enough dresser space to tuck all your things away during your visit. The bedroom has a 60" TV and is setup to stream all of your favorite channels. The room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Note - there is an air mattress available for setup in the living room should you need additional sleeping space.

Kitchen - We have a fully stocked kitchen complete with everything you'll need to whip up a quick breakfast or an elaborate dining experience. Appliances include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range with oven and 5 burners, dishwasher, air-fryer/toaster, Mr. Coffee coffee brewer, hand mixer and blender. The house has many of the standard condiments and spices you'll need for your meals. Coffee and tea service is provided along with a complimentary bag of ice for your cooler. Countertops are granite.

Bathroom - Our bathroom has a beautiful vanity with marble top and custom tiled walk in shower system. There's a full length mirror and teak shower bench for your comfort. Linens are upgraded. Full size, stacked washer and dryer conveniently placed.

You'll have complete private access to the ranch style guesthouse. You'll also have shared access to the lakefront area where we have a dock and sandy beach area for swimming and lounging.

Parking available for two vehicles directly behind the guest house. Additional parking available on adjacent stone driveway.

For guests with boats, jet skis or trailers, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for the extra toys.
