We do want to mention that we were not made aware of any issues during your stay—had we known, we would have promptly sent our property management team to the villa to address it and ensure everything was functioning properly for your comfort. That said, we take your comments seriously and are already taking action. A new toilet is being installed this week as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve.
