John was absolutely amazing and made every effort to make sure we had everything that we needed and were able to get settled in ok. The villa had everything that we could possibly need for the week. And the view is like no other from the front porch.

John and Janet were wonderful hosts! The house was exactly as described, and included even more than we could have wanted! From our welcome to departure everything was great. The house had everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of beach towels-as well as extra blankets which is a plus! The sunrise in the morning was beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful stay! This was such an amazing family trip and stay for our first time in St. Johns! John was excellent with communication, assisting us with the property as needed. The property had such a breathtaking view and plenty of space for our larger family. It was clean, safe and such a wonderful stay for us. We really enjoyed the pool and going out at night looking at the stars, too. We will most definitely be back and staying at the Blue Pearl Villa! Thank you for your kind hospitality, it seriously made the best trip for us.

Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!
