Futura Townhome 708: Stylish 2BR condo in Islamorada with pool access.

Futura Townhome #708 - Enjoy the spectacular view of the Florida Bay from either one of two balconies in this 2-story townhome, located off the master bedroom or the living room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, flat panel TVs in the living room and master bedroom, phone (for local calls), a gas grill, and a charcoal grill.
There are tons of things to keep you and your family busy without having to leave the Futura Condo complex. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool located on the property. Make yourself at home in our home away from home. Boat dockage available please inquire within. The Futura Yacht Club HOA charges- onsite-$150 per trailer and $50 per boat fee. These fees will not show up on your rental agreement, as the fees are collected upon check in at Futura Yacht Club.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: 24-0312 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.
Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

Picturesque Sunsets

My girlfriend and I have been staying in the Keys in the month of March for years. We chose to stay in a larger place this year so friends could stay with us. This property by far is one of the nicest in Islamorada. The only word to describe this property is " Impeccable". The view of the sunsets is one of the best in the Keys. We found ourselves rushing back to the townhouse every night for the view of the sunset. We woke up every morning to Manatees feeding right outside our veranda. We will definitely stay in this property again in the future.

Futura Townhouse 708 Stay

Another couple, my wife and I stayed over the week of July 4th. The townhouse and Futura property was well maintained and comfortable. The marina right behind the unit is nice and trailer parking was easy. We could go by boat or car easily to local restaurants and shops. The only inconvenience was having a key fab for access in and out of the entry gate vs an access code so when we had daytime visitors or had two people out at separate times we had to coordinate getting in and out of the property. Hopefully this will be changed future. We hope to stay at Futura again and highly recommend unit 708. The views are beautiful of the bay.

Thank you so much for your awesome review! The Key Fab is a tad of an inconvenience. Futura had a key code years ago but too many people got a hold of it and the pool was full of guests that did not belong on property. Hopefully, on day they will be able to come up with one time use codes for guests. That would be great! Regardless, we are happy you and your family had a nice time and hope to see you back again in the future! Happy Monday!

Great Getaway

This is a great location with water in front and back of the unit. Beautiful view from the balcony with great sunsets. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great spot!

Wonderful property with great views. Perfect for our family of 4. The 5 stars for location applies mostly if you have a boat. Easy dockage right out the door made for days of visiting family down key, fishing, and popping over to local restaurants.

This place was amazing! We had a place booked and paid for but the host cancelled 3 days before check in. We were able to get this place within a day and Freewheeler Realty worked with us to make our trip wonderful! The views were beautiful, the place was well equipped, it was great! Thank you

Beautiful Sunsets!

You can’t beat the view! Beautiful sunsets on the water. Fishing right at the carport. Love the amenities that Futura offers. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture needs some updating and carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Overall a great place.
