The location is quiet with the most beautiful blues and greens to make you feel like you have arrived in paradise, without actually leaving the country!

This Immaculate two bedroom condominium has two master suites that each have a freshly remodeled private bathrooms, king beds, large TV's with a split floor plan.

The Great room has expansive glass doors overlooking the basin and ocean, Upgraded furniture make the home comfortable and luxurious.

Fully equipped/updated gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and quartz counters. There is a full-size washer and dryer right in the condo. , Comfortable desk to work from "home", and great wifi, just bring your laptop.

Watch the sunrise in the morning and manatees in the afternoon, from your private screened terrace. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa. All this plus private deep water protected dock.

Right across the street is a walking, fishing, kite boarding, windsurfing beach. Within a mile is beautiful Ann's beach. Rent a boat, bicycles kayaks or paddle board, and it can be delivered right to your 30' boat dock.
Dockage included in rate! Sorry no trailer parking on site. (try Seabird marina).

Bay Harbor - Great condo!

Very nice property- clean and comfortable, well supplied and in a excellent location. Ideal for individuals with a boat - nice dock on the Gulf, well protected harbor with gas for boat, ice and bait close by. Owner is pleasant, helpful and responds quickly to questions. Great trip!

Great place to stay

Overall very nice condo. Very well stocked (beach towels, kitchen spices, coolers etc) location was nice with boat dock availability a plus if needed. Many nice restaurants within a short drive. Resort is small and not over crowded which was a plus for us. Usually had the pool to ourselves. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay

This is a our second time staying here. Stayed in this unit in July 2021 and was able to get it again this year. Unit fully stocked with everything you need. Beautiful property. Host available by phone if needed.

Amazing stay!

I can’t get over how amazing this property was! We had the best time, the location is perfect and really close to all of the fun things in the keys. The house had EVERYTHING you could need, towels, cups, plates etc. The views from the house were gorgeous and it felt like we were at a resort - the pictures online don’t do it justice! We can’t wait to come back. If you’re on the fence about this place just book it - by far the best place we’ve stayed at in the keys.

Islamorada Key Stay

This condominium was a beautiful place to stay!! Very clean and beautifully decorated!!! Having 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms in each bedroom and an extra half bath was just what we were looking for. This place exceeded our expectations!!! Having a nice boat slip close to our room was a bonus!!! The condominium facilities were upscale! It is ideally located for great fishing and restaurants. We are looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!!!

This place was AMAZING! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and the sunrises from the screened in deck were a great place to enjoy our morning coffee! Close enough to do activities, then unwind back at the condo. Nice, relaxing pool area, and having washer/dryer in unit made life so easy! Fully furnished and more! We couldn't have asked for a better place to make our memories! Thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Perfect Location to Explore the Keys

This property was great! The location was perfect, we enjoyed the pool, we were close to many great bayside and gulf side resturants; only a few miles from Robbies where we rented Kayaks for the morning to explore the mangroves & nearby islands. We enjoyed the bikes that were provided and were able to go on long walks in the quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean, nicely decorated with all the comforts of home! We had a lovely large screened in porch overlooking the water. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your place with us; we will definitely return in the future.

Perfect in every way

Our family has stayed in the Keys every summer for a week or 2 for over 30 years. This was by far one of the cleanest nicest condos ever!!This condo community was excellent, can’t say one bad thing. The pool, fitness center, dockage were excellent. Property maintenance was impeccable. We brought a 25’ boat and put in at Sea Bird Marina about 10 min south. The condo itself was pristine, bathrooms are new kitchen came fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, just grab some groceries and you will be set. I plan to stay here every year and ask some friends to rent nearby units. Location in lower matecumbe right near white marlin beach, Robbie’s, Papa Joes, Islamorada boutiques. The property owner/manager was really helpful as well.

Best Accommodations Ever

This room was very clean and FULLY stocked with everything we needed, down to staple spices in the kitchen and beach towels. Beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh linens, dishes, and supplies. We have been to the area several times and stayed in many VRBO rentals...this was by far the best. Things to note: as with most rentals that offer boat slips, it is up to you to find trailer parking and boat ramp. The grounds keeper and maintenance supervisor (Bob) was extremely friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at your Islamorada Condo, can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay out the Dawson's Condo in Islamorada. The condo is super clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was super easy and the view is FANTASTIC! We kept our 20' boat in the slip and had a great time exploring the islands, fishing, snorkeling and bar hopping. The pool is right across from the unit and is always really clean and refreshing! We also enjoyed using the gym and walking over to Habano's for dinner. Feeding the Tarpon at Robbie's was a highlight to our trip and they have great food there! This location is so nice, because it was conveinient to a lot of things and really quiet! Best of both worlds! We will be back for sure!

Amazing Stay at Bay Harbour

We had an amazing stay at Bay Harbor. The unit was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We utilized the washer and dryer often. The storage locker in the garage was a huge bonus! It was great to store our beach and fishing gear. We enjoyed fishing from the pier and lucked out by having a bait shop right around the corner. In general the complex was quite and we had the pool to ourselves several times. We have been vacationing in the Keys for over 20 years and this was the first time we decided to stay at a rental rather than a hotel. So glad we did and found this place! We definitely plan to be back again soon!

Beautiful spot!

Great place with all the extras! The only potential issue was trying to catch up with the on-site property manager to register our vehicles. We made 5 attempts and No one was in the office when we stopped by. Somehow they managed to leave a tow away note on our vehicles for not registering! They were very nice when we finally caught up with them but maybe there is a better way. It was a busy week and parking was limited but It was a hassle!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

This property was all Amazing! Wonderful sunrise views off the large balcony. Beautifully decorated (like a 5 star hotel) with all the comforts of home. Gated property with a great pool, short drive to grocery stores, restaurants & bars and attractions. Will definitely be back along with referring this unit to our friends and family!! Also, Jenifer and Deb were Awesome to work with!!

Great stay!

My family (myself, wife, 5 year old son, and 3 year old daughter) thoroughly enjoyed this slice of paradise. The unit was easy to access, pristine, and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week in the Keys! The amenities are second to none and the location is excellent. Communication with the manager was great. Looking forward to our trip down to the Keys next year (31 years and counting) whether it is us or another family member staying at this unit!
