Our Chincoteague cottage, l is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation or an off-season getaway from life's hustle and bustle. Comfortably spacious for up to 4 guests. We do not allow pets.

This recently renovated cottage features 2 bedrooms, both with king beds. The primary suite has an ensuite bath. There is a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, and internet for streaming. Enjoy the provided board games, cards or jigsaw puzzles.

Our 3-season back porch and outside patio are perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Behind the house has been home for an aerie of Bald Eagles. So far we have counted 6 different members. Let us know if you count more!! The patio is equipped with a firepit, propane grill, and ample seating.

The cottage is centrally located on the island and is close to restaurants, natural trail, tennis courts, boat ramps, mini-golf, and most importantly the Assateague Seashore refuge, home of the Chincoteague Wild ponies and in our opinion, the best beach in Virginia!. Ocean City Maryland is only about an hour away for boardwalk fun!

This was a perfect getaway spot for a small family. With a full setup (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms) it was literally a home away from home for us. The owner was great with communication and check in was super easy. It was nice being in a local neighborhood as well. Nice and peaceful quiet area yet super close to everything at the same time. Highly recommended if looking for a nice quiet place to stay with the family.

The place was absolutely fabulous in every single regard. Immaculate! Newly renovated! Everything you could need! Beautiful screened in porch. Quiet street close to everything. Great communication. Love it - can’t wait to get chance to return!
