Recently updated two bedroom in a quiet residential area near Ballon Fiesta Park. Great location, within a 10 to 15 min drive to multiple grocery stores, Target and dozens of restaurants. Sandia Peak Tram, hiking and mountain bike trails, Old Town, UNM and Petroglyph National Monument all within about 20 min drive. Would definitely rent again if I’m back in the area

This place was as advertised and more. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The queen bed was adjustable which came in handy. (we have adjustable beds at home). Everything was very clean. Since the house was recently refurbished, the appliances and fixtures were new or near new. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The garage was helpful. Communications with owner was professional and friendly. An excellent value and would highly recommend.

Visiting family

This home was everything and more we were looking for. I was traveling with my sister, coming to see my first Great grandson. We were able to have my family visit, in the nice living area. It was a very safe area of town, with lot of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores close. Close to the main highways and an easy ride to the airport. We look forward to using this home again. Jake is a great communicator & offers an excellent property that is extremely clean, fantastic location in a safe & quiet environment, convenient to everything, especially the Balloon Fiesta Park; you can walk there! All the essentials needed, are included, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (Queen is a massager!) & furniture, secure garage, if your vehicle will fit! Not for an F350 truck! Last minute beauty

I went on vrbo to find a last minute rental. To my surprise there was this lovely home just calling my name. I checked availability and sure enough it was available for the weekend i needed. The best surprise was the owner was someone I had rented from before he had just added this new rental. So i knew it would be great. This home is very easy access to the I 25 and nicely located to other places to visit and eat. Easy to get to the home close to the main street and a corner home. Very easy entering home. This home was decorated with thoughtfulness about the people who would be staying in this home. It felt peaceful and serene. I would definately rent from them again. I would the communication with any concerns or requests is wonderful and response time is excellent. Any properities with Jake are worth every day of a stay.
