Belle Vue Guesthouse Deux
Belle Vue Deux is in the historic town of Natchitoches, LA. The cozy downstairs unit offers a unique opportunity to stay in one of the first carriage houses in Natchitoches. The unit includes a very spacious bedroom, a cozy living room & a kitchenette.
The patio has seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just to relax and read a book. Best of all, when you're ready to go enjoy the amenities of downtown you are less than a 5 minute walk away.
-Fully equipped kitchenette with complimentary coffee
-Large bedroom adorned with a King bed and cozy linens
-Spacious living room with a pull out couch
-Patio with a view of Church Street Bridge and a glimpse of the Cane River
-Large TV's in Bedroom and Living Room
-Bathroom with stand up shower (no bathtub)
-Half bathroom for guests
-On site parking and within walking distance to downtown. There will be no need to fight the crowds to find a parking space close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown events and activities since Belle Vue Deux is so close.
-Key Pad entry for your convenience.
If there is a need during your stay, you can contact me anytime day or night via email, text or phone.
(Please note the ceilings are only 7ft tall and some noise can occasionally be heard from the upstairs unit as it is adorned with the original hard wood floors)
--If you need more room, message me about renting the whole house.
1. Be mindful of guests staying in the other unit.
2. No burning candles
3. Do not use white linens to remove makeup. Gray clothes and make up remover towelettes provided.
4. Please lock the door when leaving guesthouse.
5. Any suspicion of smoking or the use of drugs, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
6. When checking out, please remove sheets from beds, clean out all food from refrigerator and take out trash.
7. While we love our pets, a $300 charge will be imposed if a pet is brought to the guesthouse.

I visited Natchitoches in 2019 and fell in love with its small town charm. I decided I wanted a short term rental and found this charismatic old carriage house that was perfect for my vision. I started this journey in 2020 and officially opened the Belle Vue Guesthouse in 2021.
Why they chose this property
When I was looking for a house for my short term rental, I knew it had to be close to Front Street, where most of the festivals and events take place. I also, wanted a location where it would be quiet and cozy when it was time to relax. When I found Belle Vue I instantly knew it was perfect!!
What makes this property unique
My home was one of the original carriage houses in Natchitoches. In 1940, the area that once served as the carriages storage area was enclosed and turned into a living space. One thing to note, the ceilings in Belle Vue Deux are only 7 feet.
