Great location with easy access to all that Broadway St. has to offer as well as walking distance to the track. Excellent neighborhood for walking. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything was great with our stay - wonderfully appointed clean house, super location, excellent communication and simple check out instructions. Very comfortable stay for everyone. We’ve rented several properties in Saratoga for years and this home gets high marks for comfortable beds and great AC in the bedrooms for a perfect night’s sleep! Thanks very much!

Excellent

The house was very clean and beautiful on the inside! It’ s in great location wher you can walk down to broadway ST and enjoy all their charming little shops and restaurants. You can also walk to congress park which is beautiful to take a hike in.

If you enjoy visiting Saratoga Springs and/or the Race Track, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Our party of four adults spent a week at the Saratoga Saddle House and our stay was nothing short of fantastic, due in large part to the excellent accommodations. This home has been meticulously and fashionably renovated into a clean, comfortable home with all the amenities you need. It is also extremely convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs and to Saratoga race course: both just a 20-30 minute stroll away. The host's communication and responsiveness was impeccable, and the informational packages provided, and indeed the overall rental processes, were 5-start-plus quality.

A perfect Travers Racing Weekend

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We had a great time, and James was truly great. Your home was so cozy and beautifully set up with everything we could have possibly needed, from the bedding and towels to the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and honestly, everything was even lovelier and more modern in person than in the pictures! The location could not have been more perfect—so peaceful for a great night's sleep, yet just a wonderful, quick scenic stroll away from the Saratoga Race Course, shops, restaurants, and bars. Check-in and check-out were also an absolute breeze. We truly appreciate your quick and helpful responses "Chewie, we're home; May the house be with you!" LOL

Great location in Saratoga. A great space for a family! Clearly renovated very recently so everything is super new and well stocked to be able to cook and enjoy meals at home. James was a responsive and great communicator before and during trip. Recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed here to celebrate Xmas Eve and Day. What a lovely house. Completely remodeled, very clean and close to the shops/restaurants.The layout of the house was very comfortable for us, no one felt they were on top of one another. The kitchen and bathrooms were VERY clean (which unfortunately isn't always the case).Before even arriving. I was given contact information in case i had any issues or just needed to reach out to someone...that was appreciated as well.I would definitely recommend staying here.

Phenomenal!

The Saratoga Saddle House was nothing short of perfect for our weekend stay while we were in town for the weekend. Everything in the house was brand new and of great quality. The furniture was all very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the towels and linens were luxurious. The home was completely spotless. James was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Probably the best part for us was the openness and comfort of the dining and living area, which greatly enhanced our stay. We were actually in town for our father's funeral and were able to invite the rest of our family back to the house at the end of the day to play cards, laugh, and share our memories of him. The fact that the space was large, clean, and comfortable enough for all of us really made the day special. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the house and using RUBINO Home Ventures to rent it.

Amazing home!

Our stay there was absolutely amazing. We visited for a girls’ weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. James was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and quick to communicate. Checking in and out was seamless. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The listing description and photos were completely accurate, and the location was ideal—just a five-minute drive or a 10–15 minute walk to downtown Saratoga. The living room’s huge couch was perfect for lounging, and each bedroom had its own TV. I especially appreciated the standing fan I found in the closet (perfect for those who like a little background noise at night!). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and extra blankets were conveniently available. We also loved that the temperature could be adjusted separately upstairs and downstairs, and there was great lighting throughout the entire home. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. James helped us to book our visit last minute and was very accommodating. The house was immaculate! The location is perfect for all Saratoga has to offer, just a quick walk into town and a few minute ride to see a concert at SPAC. Would highly recommend!
