Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Saratoga Springs! Located just a short walk from downtown, you'll have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that Saratoga has to offer. Our 4 spacious bedrooms are perfect for families or groups of friends. We take pride in providing our guests with a memorable experience, and we look forward to welcoming you to our retro-chic home!

Our home is newly renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture, mattresses, towels, linens, and decor. Enjoy our chef's kitchen, with a 6-burner gas stove and high-end appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dinnerware and cookware you need to prepare a meal for your group. The living room offers a variety of seating options along with stylish retro-inspired decor and a large smart TV. Play some records on the vinyl record player or connect your phone via Bluetooth to use it as a speaker. Enjoy a small selection of books and games on our media shelf.

Our home features 4 bedrooms, each with high-quality linens, Brooklyn Bedding mattresses, and black-out shades for a high-quality sleep experience.

*Please note that none of the bedrooms are en suite. There are 2 full-sized bathrooms-- 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with Beekman 1802 products (shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash).

The house was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely home for a girls weekend. We all enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Saratoga.

Great house for a Saratoga getaway!

Plenty of space for 8 adults. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen. The house was clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Very comfortable. Location was amazing! The house is located on a quiet residential street but only a 10 minute walk to downtown bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what whe hoped for

We are eight friends from New England who travel together occasionally. This property was perfect. There was plenty of room for us to sit at the kitchen table to eat or play games. The ample living room with comfortable furniture was a plus. The decoration and design made the property feel relaxed and comfortable. The location cannot be beat for the price.

Tranquil retreat in Saratoga Springs!

Our family stayed here during a college visit and we could not have had happier time! The property provided a perfect retreat for all of us - quiet neighborhood but walkable to both downtown Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College. The furnishings created an environment of comfort and ease, was meticulously clean, and the host was immediately responsive to all of our questions. Hard to imagine a better place to soak in the exuberance of autumn in upstate New York!

We stayed with a group of friends that were attending an event at the city center. Super convenient location! House was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern with plenty of towels and toiletries. Multi-port chargers were a nice perk! Really appreciated the labeling of light switches and appliances, especially the whimsical touches.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at "First Place"! The owners clearly thought of everything. The home was immaculate and the decorating was really fun. It was an easy walk downtown, past some gorgeous homes. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms gave us plenty of space for getting ready. Rebecca was very responsive to our questions and gave us some great recommendations in town. Great house! We can't wait to come back!

Cozy and KINGS!

Our family had a great stay at "First Place." The house was in a great location, a quick walk to downtown and close to Skidmore (where we were visiting our son in college). It was also very comfortable to sleep our two families-- it's so hard to find a house with TWO king-sized beds, and the mattresses were so comfortable! The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. Our family enjoyed the books and games in the living room, and all the thoughtful touches the owners had in the house (cell phone chargers in every room and a sweet welcome basket). We will be back!
