My accommodation is close to the "HOTSPOT JOMTIEN BEACH" restaurants and food, nightmarket, beach (only 3 minutes walk), bars, nightlife, great views and family friendly activities :-) You will love my accommodation because of the kitchen, the view, comfortable bed and cosiness :-) Easy coming and going to everywhere you want :-) Public shared Taxi line directly to the Pattaya area or you like private Taxi? My Tip "Grap Taxi"

The Location is great amazing sunset view to the sea and is close to the beach and have many restaurant. Everything to recommend. And the price is nothing for this location. The staff and Strand is very helpful, gladly again
