Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking house.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No boats, RVs or campers allowed. Golf carts, motorcycles, and motorcycle trailers are allowed, but all vehicles/trailers must fit in driveway. Parking available for 3 vehicles.

*Washer/dryer located in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Policies:

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
