Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply.
• No motorcycle parking permitted
• This is a third-floor condo with elevator access

Pet Friendly
• $99 pet fee applies
• Pets must be housebroken, fully vaccinated, and leashed when outside
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding
• Guests are responsible for damage, excessive hair, odors, or stained linens caused by pets
• Please bring your own furniture covers if your pet is accustomed to sitting on furniture
• Do not wash pet items in the washer or dryer
• Pets are not permitted in pool or recreational areas

Security
• Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door for safety
• No other cameras are located inside or outside the condo

Pool Access
• Pool access chip is provided in the welcome box
• Use the chip to access the pool area
• Please return the pool access chip at checkout
• Lost pool access chips incur a $100 replacement fee

Entertainment
• Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps installed
• Guests must log into their own streaming accounts
• Books and board games are available for guest use
• Please return all game pieces when finished

Family-Friendly Extras
• Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request
• Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Extra Sleeping Arrangements
• Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room
• Sheets, pillows, and blankets are available in the bedroom closet

Laundry
• Washer and dryer available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing
• Please clean the lint trap before each dryer use

Beach Gear
• Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, beach mat, and cooler are available for guest use
• Beach items are stored in the patio closet
• Please wipe sand from all items before returning them
• Please use the provided beach towels rather than bath towels

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Trash
• Garbage bags are provided
• Please place bagged trash in the dumpsters near the building

Checkout
• All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure.
• Put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
• Remove all food from the refrigerator.
• Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
• Remove all garbage from the condo.
• Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
• Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
