Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying a cup of coffee in the attached greenhouse, the rolling hills and fields of corn provide a tranquil atmosphere to unwind and recharge. This amazing cottage built in 2025 offers a comfortable stay with everything you need after a day exploring all Bellefontaine as to offer. Within five miles guests will find Mad River Mountain ski slopes, Marmon Valley horse farm, Honey Birch wedding venue, Piatt Castle wedding venue, Ohio Caverns, or downtown shops and restaurants like award winning 600 Pizza and authentic mexican Flying Pepper. The cottage has a private drive and large parking area for multiple vehicles. On the property a fire pit and picnic table beckons guests to enjoy an evening outdoors near the neighboing woods with a gas grill is also available for prepping dinner.

Please leave the kitchen relatively clean. A last minute coffee cup in the sink is fine. Clean out the frig and put all trash in the white trash bags. Leave full bags in the kitchen.
If visiting in the winter, turn off all space heaters and the fireplace before leaving.
