Located in the heart of the eastend of Panama City Beach, this 1 bedroom with king bed, 2 bath unit with bunks and queen sofa and extra large balcony is fully stocked with all the conveniences and amenities of home. The building offers stunning beach front and sunset views from the 18th floor balcony, pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, steam and just updated work out rooms, outdoor grills and full security. Reserved private parking in the building's secured garage completes the package for your home away from home.

All of this, plus the convenience of being within walking distance of restaurants of all types, golf, Super Walmart and a variety of specialty shops makes this a desirable location for everyone. Pier Park retail and entertainment complex is a short drive to the west, and St. Andrews State Park is a short drive to the east.

This unit has recent upgrades and is locally owned, managed and lovingly maintained. You are invited to come and enjoy everything this well situated property and the surrounding area has to offer. About Robert Henry

As a full time resident of Panama City Beach, I wanted to be able to enjoy the stunning sunset views and amenities of a class A building directly on the Gulf. This is a terrific beach town and I enjoy everything about living here on the eastend. I feel fortunate to be here and be able to enjoy everything the area offers and share my wonderful condo with others.

Why Robert Henry chose Panama City Beach Area

I chose this property after much research and touring 32 other available units. The deeded parking space, building amenities, large balconies and great view were the deciding factors in choosing unit 1803. Twin Palms is a Class A building with only five units per floor. An extensive renovation and new landscaping has just been completed. The perfect location on the eastend of our great beach sealed the deal for me!

What makes this condo unique

Oversized balconies are a big plus. A secured private parking space in the building's garage is another asset. We have just completed a renovation and expansion of our pool deck and installed two infra red gas grills and added additional chaises and dining tables. Twin Palms offers an unbeatable location with many conveniences within an easy walk. And...... you just can't beat the sunset views from the 18th floor!

We really enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. I have been to many resort cities with nice beaches- but for me- you can't beat the beach at Panama City. It never disappoints. Your condo added to the "beachy" feel of the place and all the nice little touches you provided just made our stay even more special. Thanks, too, for the personal touch of meeting us and getting us settled in. We will definitely be staying with you again.

This was our second stay at Monkey Business and it won't be our last! We couldn't be more pleased. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location! The owner is super accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcome and are familiar with the property. Other pluses: the elevators are fast & you never have to wait for them; the new pool deck & chairs are beautiful & the deck is gorgeous!

My wife and I enjoyed Monkey Business so much that we sent her parents there for their birthdays. We visited Monkey Business the week of our anniversary about two years ago. We told her parents how wonderful it was and how Bob is a perfect host. I was sure they would feel the same, but I didn't expect them to call the very first evening. They could not wait to tell us how beautiful the condo was and how awesome Bob was. My mother in law could not stop telling us of all the great places Bob had suggested and obviously, they hit them all. I would recommend Monkey Business to anyone who enjoys the beach, privacy and a wonderful getaway. As a matter of fact, we plan to return soon. Bob is the perfect host and shares all of his knowledge of the area with you. Places to eat, places to go and even the frozen drink place directly across the street from the complex. Thanks so much for sharing Monkey Business with us. We look forward to our next visit!

Monkey business

This condo was perfect from the minute we walked in the door till the day we left. It's is perfectly decorated with all the comforts of home. Bob The owner is a super nice guy who goes above and beyond what you'd ever expect He

answers any questions from where are the best places to eat to how to work the remote on the television. I would recommend this condo to anyone at anytime. We are already checking our calendars to see when we are able to go back to the condo. I hope and pray my schedule lets me go real soon. I miss Monkey Business

Wonderful Experience & Condo!

I can't express enough how wonderful it was to stay in this condo! The whole experience from beginning (reserving) to end was completely wonderful. Bob (the owner) was great to work with. He answered questions we had before we arrived and when we did arrive, he met us at the condo and was very helpful. You can tell he truly cares about his condo and loves sharing it with others. I enjoyed talking with him before our trip and meeting him when we arrived.

The condo itself is great! It was cleaned immaculately and very cute inside! The mattresses are all very comfortable, a few nights I even slept on the bunk beds and even they were comfortable. It's within walking distance to many things (including the beach, course!). The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. It was very well supplied, way beyond my expectations- It had all the kitchen items we could possibly need, beach chairs, beach toys and even beach towels! The condo was spacious enough for my family of four and having 2 bathrooms was so much more convenient than just one, especially since I have a teenage daughter.

After we checked out, he paid our deposit back very promptly, although I can't remember the exact amount of days it took, I know it was well within a week.

Overall, I am completely pleased with our stay and couldn't compliment it enough. Obviously, I would recommend anybody to stay here and will mention this condo to anyone I know who is looking to vacation in this area.
