All of this, plus the convenience of being within walking distance of restaurants of all types, golf, Super Walmart and a variety of specialty shops makes this a desirable location for everyone. Pier Park retail and entertainment complex is a short drive to the west, and St. Andrews State Park is a short drive to the east.

About Robert Henry
As a full time resident of Panama City Beach, I wanted to be able to enjoy the stunning sunset views and amenities of a class A building directly on the Gulf. This is a terrific beach town and I enjoy everything about living here on the eastend. I feel fortunate to be here and be able to enjoy everything the area offers and share my wonderful condo with others.

Why Robert Henry chose Panama City Beach
I chose this property after much research and touring 32 other available units. The deeded parking space, building amenities, large balconies and great view were the deciding factors in choosing unit 1803. Twin Palms is a Class A building with only five units per floor. An extensive renovation and new landscaping has just been completed. The perfect location on the eastend of our great beach sealed the deal for me!
What makes this Condo unique
Oversized balconies are a big plus. A secured private parking space in the building's garage is another asset. We have just completed a renovation and expansion of our pool deck and installed two infra red gas grills and added additional chaises and dining tables. Twin Palms offers an unbeatable location with many conveniences within an easy walk. And...... you just can't beat the sunset views from the 18th floor!

We spent Spring break week here with our two children. The pictures posted match exactly what you will see when you arrive. The place was very clean, the view was amazing. Bob met us upon arrival and went over all details that we would need to know and threw in many helpful tips as well. Communication leading up to our stay was always prompt and full of information. You can tell Bob loves his place and want you to love and enjoy it just as much as he do. He even has chairs and umbrellas that he leaves for you to use which saved us a lot from having to rent the beach ones. My kids ages 6 and 8 asked if we could just stay and live there. They signed the guest book “see you soon” so I guess that means we’ll be returning again! ☺️ Thanks for an awesome stay! And for that extra touch of mailing my husband’s wallet that he forgot on the bed 🤦�🏾�♀️.
Fantastic place to stay.
This property was everything! Very clean, comfortable and inviting. The property owner Robert was the best! He met with us personally to show us the property and was available for anything we needed. His recommendations for restaurants and places to see was on point. We will definitely be returning!!

Bob, the owner, was there when we arrived. He gave us a little information before we entered and then let us walk down the hall and around the corner to the view that took our breath away.
The unit was perfect for the two of us. We cooked several meals in and there were enough pans and utensils to get us through. Bob had many suggestions on where to eat and where to stay away from.
We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was protected from the wind and very private.
The bedroom was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint...the shower was dark.
We will be going back.

As far as the dark shower is concerned...... I don't want you to have to bring a flash light or candle on your next visit, so I have purchased a new, lighter colored shower curtain that lets more light in. A wonderful place to stay when in Panama City Beach. Very neat and clean and the view is spectacular. Bob the owner is awesome and gave us great dining and shopping suggestions. Can’t wait to return.

A wonderful week in Panama City Beach
My wife and I truly enjoyed our week stay at Monkey Business at Panama City Beach. The area has many good resturants, the condo is warm and inviting, but the star of the show is the sunsets off the large balcony. Robert greeted us on arrival and gave us good tips on local restaurants and attractions which we took advantage of. We are looking forward to returning to Monkey Business next year.

Heaven on Earth
Monkey Business was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The interior decorating was just beautiful and so welcoming and inviting. Each room was enhanced with special qualities. The king size bed in the bedroom was so comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the living room was a very comfortable area to relax. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The most beautiful part was the stunning view from the very large patio that had gorgeous furniture. We truly loved enjoying our breakfast on that gorgeous patio overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean. And the sunsets were so beautiful that there are no words to describe them. The most important aspect of our stay at Monkey Business was the owner himself, Bob Henry. Amazing! He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a fantastic overview of the condo and all there was to see and do in Panama City. We so appreciated all the information he gave us and it enhanced our stay so much. We felt so welcome by him and that it was his pleasure to have us as his guests. We truly believe we got the best place at the best price in all of Panama City. We definitely intend to return to Monkey Business. You would not be disappointed with the experience. Fantastic!
