Great location to Lassen National Park. Place was quiet and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very good at communicating any issue we had. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was very roomy and nice. Kitchen had all we needed for a home cooked meal. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very beautiful and serene setting and private.
We had an excellent three nights, enjoying the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to Lassen NP. We cooked breakfasts and dinners in the house. The lockbox worked extremely well, once we had the code.
Spacious and clean home on a large lot. Simple interior and functional. Close proximity to the National Park and not far from the local store and restaurant in town. Lassen Volcanic Park is a beautiful gem in Northern California and so glad we had the opportunity to visit!

The house we stayed in is very comfortable and clean. Lots of room. Our host is super nice and responsive. Locals are very friendly, always waved at us when we’re driving on the street.
Lots of places to see close to Shingletown. Burney Falls, Cinder Cone, Manzanita, Helen and Emerald lakes. Lassen Volcanic hike, Bumpass Hell, mudpots, Subway lave tube etc.
The house and property were perfect for us. The home is thoughtfully designed and decorated, and the space is comfortable and practical. It was a great base from which to explore Lassen Volcanic National Park during the days. One of our favorite vacation rentals, we hope to stay there again next time we’re in the area
