We had a great time with the family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor setup was perfect for a holiday celebration. The pool is a great size. The covered area by the dock was great for viewing fireworks and for those who liked to fish. The screen porch was cooler in the morning making an ideal place for a cup of coffee and the view of the lake. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great time at this lake front property. Its perfect for extended family to gather together and the pool is a huge plus!!! We used the kitchen every day and it's well stocked to meet your needs. We just advise being careful if you bring any watercraft as the pier is not very conducive to docking and tying up more than one boat. We struggled to keep our jet ski from getting beat up on the pier which is high out of the water. If you aren't bringing boats, then this place is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, including a fully functioning and equipped kitchen. The location was great, it was near to the event that we were scheduled to attend. The check in/ check out process was quick and simple, which we all greatly appreciated. What I liked most was the constant communication we had with the owner before, during, and after our scheduled stay. Thank you, for accommodating our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view and pool are wonderful!!! The location is convenient with Harris Landing across the street with delicious food and a tiki bar. The only complaint would be the bathrooms, 2 for a large group can be difficult and the upstairs shower has a large step to get in. We could see a lot of work has been put into this property to upgrade it. Overall we loved our stay and had plenty of room for a group of 8. We would love to visit again!

The Lakefront Getaway is truly a getaway for all ages. We enjoyed the outdoor porch and beautiful pool! The sand area was great for the kids with the badminton/volleyball area. The lake area was perfect for our boat and jet ski with the marina being so close to unload and parking for our trailers was a plus for us! Having a store so close was great and the fact that there was an ice cream bar was even better. The house was very accommodating and spacious enough for everyone to have quiet time if needed. Thanks to the hosts for staying in touch and making our stay a great weekend.

The location for us is perfect as I have a daughter who lives in Greenwood. The house worked well for us for what we were looking for. The layout was a little weird in that the gathering areas are on the smaller side and weren’t necessarily conducive to our family Thanksgiving group (there were 10 of us but 3 of them were children ages 4,4 and 2 months). We all fit around the table to eat but had to bring in outdoor chairs to have enough seats….and getting around the table to move or get up was also very tight. Not a deal breaker for us just noting things are smaller than how they appear. The screen porches are beautiful and probably would have worked well for us but weather was too cold to use them to their fullest extent.

Well the home was clean, beds were comfortable, view was great and plenty of beds for a big group. Early November weather 50’s so we obviously were not there to have a swimming experience which might have obscured the faults inside the home. The home has been around w many coats of paint kinda thing. The furnishings, towels, kitchen are not a 5 star stay. There is no living room on the first floor. We stood in the kitchen. Do you give your host a 5 star bc you are afraid they won’t give you a 5 star? This is a flaw w the whole rating each other thing. Nothing was “wrong” but it’s just older.

We LOVED our stay! There was plenty of room for myself and 4 teenage boys. They were able to spread out and each had their own room. They loved being able to walk to the store anytime they needed something. The pool was nice and I loved the screened in porches. The sunsets are AMAZING!Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, everything worked with no problems. Our host was incredible. She was available any time by text and was helpful with any issues we had.I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend!

Great location with an awesome pool and amenities close by. Great communication from the host and the local property manager. Really great air conditioning, which is really important in the summer in the South! Also lots of hot water for lots of guests and laundry, etc. The local property manager addressed our questions and small issues promptly. Overall a great stay for our extended family who came in from all over the US.
