Spacious house on 5+ acres near Lake Willoughby's North Beach. Packed with kid-friendly amenities and space to relax or play. Hike Willoughby State Forest (all within 15 min drive), ski Burke (25 min) or Jay Peak (45 min), ride Kingdom Trails (24 min), or head to Montreal (2 hr). Enjoy private access to VAST trails. Adventure or downtime—you’ll find it all here.

This is our family’s home-away-from-home—warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. This relaxed, family- and kid-friendly house has a large yard and is just minutes from the best of the Westmore/Lake Willoughby/Burke area. We have the place stocked with kid essentials that make traveling easier for our family and yours, including a pack-and-play, booster seat, baby gates, and beach toys. This is a great home base for exploring the natural beauty of the NEK--skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, or ice fishing in the winter, and hiking, and spending time in/on the water in the summer. There are also great dining options nearby and in Burke and Newport. For those that must work during their stay, there’s also a dedicated workspace in the main bedroom. A living room sofa allows us to sleep up to six guests.

Beautiful, well-stocked house, had everything we needed! Great location with a partial mountain view and perfect porches. We really enjoyed this house as a base for 2 couples visiting friends nearby...hiking, paddling, bicycling at Newport and even got a swim in. Note, There is flight of 15ish stairs to get to 2nd bedroom. Gorgeous & huge wood table. One of best places we've stayed!

We had the amazing opportunity to take our first week long family vacation in August here! It truly was a home away from home! Perfect location to get everything out of lake life! Not to mention the views and stars are breath taking! This space is an easy and beautiful ride from the highway and views that will make you feel you have traveled so much farther! We were able to make great memories, easily get the kids to the beach every day, experience many adventures local or within a more convenient drive than from home! The local community was welcoming and had great ideas for experiences and recommendations for delicious local food and locally made treats! If you want to keep close there is also a very welcoming general store and several small restaurant/bar options that are perfect for not having to cook! Also never underestimate the power of the sun. Even though the temperature was technically 70-75 it was still perfect for shorts and water adventures! We enjoyed every minute! Weather was quick moving and clouds never lasted or were just the right amount!Juliette was so helpful in planning our trip and providing many things to make the trip a bit lighter for a family of four with younger kids and a pet. She also gave us great ideas of things to do throughout the week. Thank you for helping us have a memorable vacation!

Great home with large yard and wrap around porch! Outside fire pit available. Great outdoor couch on the porch right off the downstairs bedroom. No lake view but easy walk to North Beach! Communication with hostess was easy and answered quickly. Beautiful area in the fall especially view from southern tip. My dog loved the house and yard. Drive out to Parker's Pie for some great pizza.
