I live in Colorado and enjoy anything outdoors from hiking to golfing in the summer, to snowboarding in the winter. We love to travel and explore while combing the globe for the best culinary experiences!
Why they chose this property
Shagbark offers everything nature has to offer with regular bear sightings! It also is gated and has a community pool, tennis / pickleball courts and a disc golf course. You can open the front door and take a hike and the sunsets and views of the mountains are as peaceful as it gets!

This property is situated on the side of a hill and located away from neighbors so it's a great place to take in nature and the serenity the Smokies have to offer
