• Stairs Alert: Please note that accessing the townhouse requires climbing stairs, and the property itself spans three floors.

•Mountain Location: Our beautiful setting includes a bit of climbing—perfect for an alpine experience!
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Parking: Guests must park on the same side of the street as the property. Parking passes can be found in the welcome folder.

Garbage Disposal:
Garbage must not be left outside due to active bears (even near the front door).
Dispose of all garbage at check-out; failure to do so will incur a $25 penalty.
During winter, the dumpster is about 60 feet from the stairs on the same side of the street. Summer dumpster maps will be provided.

Pets: All dogs must be leashed and walked beyond the parking spots for bathroom breaks.
Snow Shoveling: Guests must shovel any new snow off the balcony before accessing it for grilling or smoking.
