Great for larger groups

We really enjoyed staying here. There was enough room for everyone with a large kitchen, common area, and dining room table. The top deck isn’t super big, but the backyard is actually usable so we were able to bring cornhole to play. One suggestion would be to have more towels throughout the house. There weren’t a lot of extra bath/hand towels or kitchen towels that we could find. Overall awesome place in a great location!

Family Weekend Getaway

Great location! Only blocks from miles and miles of hiking and biking trails and just minutes to Heavenly Village and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. This split level house is lightly stocked for home cooking and offers the primary bedroom, guest bedroom and baths, on the top level. Additional 2 bedrooms, bath, game room and exterior access on the first level is convenient for your guest or family members to have their own space. Property Manager Paula, gets 5 stars from us on excellent communication and is very accommodating!

Beautiful location with a nice house

There was great communication with the property manager, she quickly responded with any questions we had. House located in a quiet, beautiful area of Tahoe. House was well stocked with necessities for our group. The Murphy bed in the living room was a nice suprise. The down falls were the jetted tub wasn't working, and the hot tub was being drained during our visit. Also, the master bed needs to be replaced the one in there seems old.. These items were a bummer but we still enjoyed the home. Looking foreward to another visit and would book this home again!

Hi there. Thank you for staying with us. The hot tub was never advertised on vrbo or contract. You booked the home knowing there was no hot tub so I’m not quiet sure why this is brought up in review. The jetted tub was user error. We went next day and it was working great. Thank you for your feedback. Paula

We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, and quiet house for our winter getaway. The communication with the host was excellent before and during the rental. We were a little confused about coordinating the whole house heat and the fireplace(s) heat. Paula resolved it quickly with a phone call. Some Kleenex in the bathrooms and a vegetable steamer in the kitchen would be helpful. As others have mentioned, the house is less than 10 minutes from everywhere. We would stay there again.

Family short winter getaway

Loved staying at this house! I stayed in different luxury and regular properties in Tahoe but really loved this one. Very simple but comfortable and cozy. Many different details are thought of and available for use. The house is a bit on the older side but fully equipped and in a great location, about 7 min away from Heavenly village. I felt very "at home and comfortable" at the property. Great owner, made communication easy. Definitely recommend...

Amazing!

My experience renting this property was extremely pleasant. Paula was great from start to finish, I got an immediate response every time I messaged her. She even checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The property was very spacious & extremely clean. They had everything we could possibly ask for! The location was perfect too; only a couple miles away from the slopes & the casinos.

Better than expected

The place is roomier than I thought. Especially the master bedroom. The downstairs area was a nice kick back area to place games and cards. The garage was nice and roomy, we utilized it for two cars. The backyard was huge. They did have a jacuzzi but it was locked so it was not listed on the description. What was also surprising is that they have a hideaway bed that folds up into the cabinets which I might have missed in the description. Paula, our host was great from the beginning to end. We communicated through the app and she was right on it on everything I had asked of her. I couldn’t get the fire place running and after troubleshooting it myself, she sent out a handyman and he was there shortly to take care of the problem. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property.
