Property smells like dogs, laundry thrown in closets, no plates, no eating utensils, bathtub dirty, yard not maintained at all. It’s the end of summer and there is still leaves from the fall everywhere. Front and back. You can tell there is no love or pride for this property. Proclaimed to be close to uptown but it is 40-45 mins from uptown Charlotte. I ended up staying at another place and had a much better experience. Very frustrating start to my weekend. Toilet seat broke

I loved the set up of the home. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to access to many stores. Very spacious. Was a few minor issues but sent to host privately because overall was a great place to stay. Host very nice and responds quick

We had a great time on our trip however the house was not very clean. There was a huge glob of hair in the tub drain. Large cobwebs on the ceiling in the living room. The frig had crumbs in it and the oven was filthy. I loved the location and the house is cute. I think it could use a deep cleaning. Also, there are no coffee cups.
