Pool Safety Features:
For your safety, both the interior and exterior doors leading to the pool room are equipped with automatic locking keypads, door closers that ensure the doors shut securely after each use, and alarms that sound whenever a door is opened. In addition, a splash alarm in the pool will activate if any movement is detected in the water outside of designated swim times. At The Rowan, safety is our top priority, and we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times while in the pool room.

Refund Policy: A 3% administrative processing fee applies to all refunds outside of a 24 hour after booking cancellation. This covers non-recoverable credit card transaction costs incurred at the time of booking.
